Welcome to our beautiful lake house on Seneca Lake! The spacious lake level oasis has spectacular views and outdoor space! We offer all the indoor and outdoor amenities you desire on a vacation, and of course wifi.

Relax on the covered deck or in the sunken hot tub. Enjoy lots of patio seating with built-in kitchen, sink, and outdoor refrigerator. The dock, 100' of level lawn, and canoe and kayaks make this your best vacation yet. Come experience a lake week near all the best wineries, breweries, and outdoor beauty in the region!

Upon entry, you are in the lake level kitchen that has casual seating and bar top height seating. Three bedrooms are located on the south end of the cottage, two of which have direct access to the deck and hot tub via sliding glass doors. (Must bring own hot tub/swim towels, do not use bath towels provided).
The Master bedroom features a smart TV, Queen bed, lots of closet space, and a fabulous lake view. The second bedroom also has a smart TV, full size tempurpedic bed, and beautiful walkout to the lake. The third bedroom has two double beds and two singles (bunks) with plenty of closet space as well. Two bathrooms are located in the hallway between the kitchen and bedrooms. Both bathrooms are newly renovated and the full has a stand up shower and the other is a 1/2 bath. Washer/Dryer combo, refrigerator, wine fridge, oven and brand new stainless steel dishwasher are on site.

While indoors you can enjoy a spacious open layout with a ample living room space that has a smart TV, plenty of seating options for relaxing and space to work remotely. Cards, games, and more are provided for your guests to enjoy while here.

The kitchen is stocked with all dishware, drinkware, cooking, baking, and hosting items you will need. There is a coffee maker and a keurig, toaster, microwave, and oven.
Outdoor boasts tons of seating and lounging spots under the covered deck. There is also a patio to take in the sun uncovered. We provide kayaks and a canoe for lake enjoyment. You will find on the patio a built in gas grill, outdoor refrigerator and sink, firepit, plus a shower to wash off from the lake. There is an outdoor smoker too for you to enjoy during your stay. Our outdoors offer a smart TV and Sonos speaker sound system (outdoor only) for enjoying your favorite music from the app on your phone!
