We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your time here at Bend Riverside Rentals! This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking to relax yet still be in the center of it all. With having views of the Deschutes river it makes it a very easy place to be able to kick your feet up and take in the views. However, if you get the urge to explore, we are just a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of downtown Bend. Not too mention, after a long day of adventuring the heated pool and hot tub will be calling your name!

The good news however is that a new bed for this condo was actually just ordered! Within the next several weeks, the condo will be getting a little facelift and a brand new bed is part of that! Hi Sarah! In the confirmation email we do state that the rental is not equipped with spices and oils. As for the kitchen necessities, we thank you for this information! We will have our housekeeping team take a full inventory of the kitchen and purchase any necessary items! We also have an on site office open 7 days a week from 10am-7pm if you ever need anything. They have extra spatulas, can openers, veggie peelers, and much more!

That is most certainly not the level of cleanliness that we hold our team to and we will be discussing with the housekeeper to ensure it does not happen again. The location is prime and very hard to beat! We are located steps from the Deschutes river, right next door to Pioneer Park, and a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of downtown. This unit is indeed pet friendly but the HOA does not allow the dogs on the fresh green grass as there are two designated potty areas on property as well as the pet friendly park right next door. Also, thank you for bringing the attention of the mattress being worn. We are listening to our guests feedback and believe it may be time to upgrade our mattress! Thank you so much for this information as it helps us a lot. :)

We are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the parking situation. Each of our riverside cottages has a parking spot in front or beside the condo. Since these condo are right on the riverside, the parking spaces are a bit on the smaller side. However, we do offer a large overflow parking lot for any of our guests with larger vehicles or those who just want a bit of extra space! We would love to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Hi Barbara, This unit indeed was not supposed to be listed as ADA unit, just ground floor. We deeply apologize for this. We have since made the correct changes to ensure this does not happen again in the future. We hope other than this, you were able to enjoy the views and patio of your unit. All the best!
