Easy self check in and out. Fully stocked kitchen and arrival coffee/tea options. Super location. Close to Historic Bend and the beautiful Deschutes River Walk.

Great condo with a view

We had a great time at the condo. It had all the amenities we were looking for. Conveniently located across from the pool too

Very pleasant setting to stay in Bend. Enjoyed facing the Deschutes and being on walking path . Pool time good too.Registration and comforts all very accommodating.Thanks.

Breath of fresh air

The view from this place is absolutely amazing! Waking up and having a cup of coffee while listing to the rush of the water outside was so relaxing! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again!

Bend Riverside Rentals is a hidden gem in Bend. Walkable to downtown, right on the Deschutes River and affordable! Our room was a two bedroom, two bath unit with a full kitchen and fireplace. The interior of the unit has been updated and is very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location

The exterior of the complex is quite aged, but the interior has been re-furbished, and we had a very pleasant stay. The views were great, the location was quite convenient for all of our activities (especially the 4th Fireworks, which we watched from a middle school about 2.5 miles away from the condo). Overall, it was a great VRBO, no complaints.

Beautiful view

Riley was very sweet We loved the view little noisy above us but we got through it. The bed dipped toward the middle so did not sleep well and pillows had no shape to them so I’m thinking if those two things were fixed it would be a 5

Minor Functional Issues

We had a wonderful stay. Pet friendly and very clean. There were a couple of issues: Towel Rack, in the kitchen, fell apart when i bumped it - looked like a loose screw. The beds, yikes. I expected the murphy bed to be un comfortable, and it did not disappoint. The main bed was as bad.

Oh well

The owner has remodeled the property for sure, but somehow the unit smelled of cigarette smoke. Aired it out for two days. The herd of elephants over us arose at 6 am and did who knows what until 10 am, returning at 11pm. The parking is great; proximity to downtown great; kitchen set up great; bathrooms nice; good for 3-4 people; the dam is loud if you leave the door open. For the price, it’s fine. Just have to be prepared for noisy upstairs people.

Great location! As other reviews mentioned noise from neighbors is for real. We had a pet friendly place but we have a non shedding small dog. We found a lot of different dog hair throughout our stay but maybe thats normal for pet friendly places. We parked outside our window and left our locked bikes on our truck because there are outside cameras and a closing gate. They dont close the gate and cameras don’t work/record. Our very expensive bikes were stolen. Property management didn’t get back to us. We filed a police report and the police recovered one bike thankfully. Otherwise a quaint older place with perfect amenities.

That said, we’re very sorry for the concerns you experienced with cleanliness, noise, and most importantly the security issue with your bikes, as we know how upsetting that must have been. We do want to let you know that when you called, we immediately informed the HOA who then gave you a call just minutes later! As the property management, we only manage the insides of the units. We do not have anything to do with the exterior, parking lot, or anything else... We truly appreciate your honesty and are happy the space itself still provided a comfortable setup for your stay.
