Cleanliness was an issue and lack of overall comfort. The pullout sofa was terrible to sleep on and when we initially pulled it out the first night, there was a bunch of food crumbs and weird metal rod that could have been a safety issue. There were zero blankets for the pullout sofa and the spare pillows we found were king size and the only pillow cases provided were queen size. Even the quilts on the beds in the bedrooms were super thin. Again, no other blankets could be found. A family member went out and bought sweatpants to sleep in because of having no blankets. One of the towels provided was dirty. I did mention the issue with pullout sofa as well as the dirty towel to property management company, all they offered to do was send someone with a new towel and clean the crumbs. We had spare towels so we didn’t need someone to bring over one new one. And we obviously cleaned the crumbs so we didn’t sleep in it. We originally were going to cook a whole Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen, but luckily our plans changed. What they provided in the kitchen was minimal with the exception of plates, glasses, and eating utensils. It would have been a nightmare if we did cook in that kitchen. I even messaged ahead of time about what was provided in the kitchen because we planned to cook a Thanksgiving meal so we could ensure we brought whatever else we needed. We would have missing a lot of things based off of what they said they had. Overall, definitely not worth the money.
