The bright, open main level brings everyone together with a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining area, and a comfortable living room. Large windows frame the alpine scenery, while the outdoor deck invites you to enjoy a meal, and breathe in the mountain air.

Challenge your crew to a friendly game of pool in the loft or settle into the private hot tub after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring downtown. Younger guests have their own inviting bunk room with toys and a television. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, including two beautifully finished bathrooms on the lower level, there’s space to spread out and settle in.

This townhome shares its driveway entrance with one neighboring unit.

The home sits at approximately 10,000 feet elevation. Please prepare for mountain weather and allow time to adjust to the altitude.

During winter, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Arrive with tires and traction equipment suitable for winter mountain travel, and check current road conditions and Colorado traction requirements before your trip. Refunds cannot be issued for travel interruptions related to weather or improper vehicle equipment.

Breckenridge getaway

Great location and beautiful views from this getaway in Breckenridge. Comfortable rooms and plenty of space for our group of 9 teens and adults

Careful for altitude sickness

Place was wonderful. Everyone got sick tho so be careful this place is high up on the mountain. Great location.

Amazing views/wonderful amenities!

We LOVED this property!! Our group of ten stayed in comfort and had plenty of room at the dining table/kitchen island for meals and the pool table and private hot tub were huge hits with the whole family!! Parking appears a little tricky at first, but worked fine for our two vehicles. The views of the mountains from the living room and covered hot tub were spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!!

Overall a good stay

Listing was very accurate. Had a pretty good view of the mountain. Only thing that wasn’t preferred was the drive time to get to the listing from the resort because you basically drive up another small mountain. Would still recommend staying here regardless

Great group cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It has plenty of beds as well as the extra loft area. We were worried about how far it is from Breck base, but the free bus is super easy and convenient. We noted a lot of dishes and glasses were chipped or broken, but we still had enough for our larger group. I'm surprised they haven't walled off the loft to create another bedroom, but it worked just fine.Thanks!

Great location, needs some minor maintenance

There was plenty of room for our group and the location was within 10 minutes of Main St. Some maintenance needs done (light bulbs, remote batteries, microwave). Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice place for Breck vacation

A roomy and well laid out place, 1/2 of a duplex. Parking is tight though, on an incline tight access. Overall a good property, clean, with spacious kitchen. Kitchen has just enough dishes and utensils for one sitting of 8 people. It could use a few more :) Dishwasher was dirty, and even 3 cycles did not clean it out properly. Rooms are well appointed, clean sheets and plenty of towels. I would rent this place again.

Overall great but needs some updates

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the breathtaking views and hot tub. I left 4 stars instead of 5 because the microwave is broken, the dishwasher really doesn’t work well at all and needs to be replaced or repaired, and many of the pots and pans are warped. As a family that enjoys cooking when we travel, we felt that a few relatively inexpensive kitchen updates were necessary and would really make this place perfect. The Alpine Meadows team was really responsive via email and accommodated additional dates and replaced the burnt out bulbs around the hot tub right away.

Nice place

Nice place. Only small knocks were microwave not working and dishes still dirty. But not a big deal because we always wash dishes before we use them anyways. Nice location. I would stay there again.

Convenient and as Described

Was overall happy with the property. Everything was as described and clean for our arrival. Certain aspects of the home could be updated, but the pictures are accurate and there were no surprises. We really enjoyed the nice views from the hot tub. The shuttle was steps from the home and provided convenient access to town and skiing. You are fairly high up the mountain, which provided a secluded feel, but can be a steep ride to/from town.

Good, not great

The location was good, things were pretty clean, but it was missing a few details that would have made it much more pleasant. One of the recliners on the couch was broken open, and there wasn't really much room to sit on it, considering how huge it is. The kitchen has some very old, very used dishes and pans. The dishwasher doesn't dry well (we made a lot of food while we were there and ran the dishwasher every day). There was a cracked bowl in the cupboard (it didn't hold water but looked ok if you didn't look closely). The oven light doesn't work. The pool table doesn't have any chalk, and only two cues. I stayed with 4 other adults and 4 children for 4 days at the beginning of December. It seems like they really should take the time to go through everything and really give it that extra polish. Especially right at the start of ski season. It seems like they have just taken the hand me down appliances and dishes to this property. I am sure it is saving them money, but when the property can bring in that much per week, you would think they could scrounge up something to get some durable (fit for public use) replacements for a rental property. Parking is also a little dodgy. There are three spots, but they are tight for bigger vehicles and there's no room to maneuver. There's nothing they can really do about that though. Just beware before you go. There is a big public parking lot a few miles away, but you either have to ride the bus or manage a caravan. Big picture though, the views were good. The pool table was fun. There are a lot of TVs with rokus for streaming whatever you want and it was easy to get to the mountain (which is why you're really there, right?).
