Minutes away from Sea World, Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, Balboa Park and the world famous San Diego Zoo. The San Diego bay, Coronado Island, Lindbergh's runway and a great view of the Pacific all right from your living room & kitchen windows!

- Comfortably sleeps 4 (queen bed plus full pull out couch).
- Recently purchased everything! From furniture to bathroom accessories, to kitchenware.
- FREE 1GB Wi-Fi and a comfortable work desk (best view in the house).
- Large screen smart HDTV with Netflix available at no charge, or use TV to login into your own service provider.
- Professionally Cleaned in adherence to health safety guidelines and exceeding recommendations from the World Health Organization.

- Kitchen equipped with: Cookware, pots/pans, water and wine glasses, dishes and silverware, can opener, bottle opener, coffee maker, toaster, microwave.
- Other items to know about: Toiletries (soap, shampoo/conditioner), towels, hair dryer, closet hangers, iron and ironing board, Pack-n-Play (upon request and based on availability), and beach chairs and towels for beach use (please help us keep the property pristine by thoroughly brushing all sand off before bringing them back into the property).For extended stays we provide initial essentials only.

July 4th getaway

I liked the place. Quiet and cozy. Someone left a note on my car about parking and thats annoying on a public street. Someone also had a inappropriate and racist hulu account on the tv.

Great Spot for local transportation!

We truly enjoyed ourselves! We were there for 2 days of very busy convention and we were so glad to be far away from the crowds but yet so close to everything by just walking a couple blocks to the metro station! Everything was as expected!

Amazing location

This listing was as described. It was a cute place and so central to everything. The owner checked in on us and was very helpful. Loved the view and.can’t wait to come back and stay here again

Wonderful place

We just needed a place to sleep. Was very conveniently located to everything. Host even has some ice cold filtered water in the fridge for us.. wow, what a great touch.

Nice and small

Very good location. Wasn't expecting the area to be so hilly though! Very noisy from airport nearby, but after a certain time it gets quiet. Over-all I give it a 8.9 out of 10 Could have been a little cleaner (window sills needed cleaning and kitchen drain had a terrible odor) Thank you

Fit our needs

My son and I needed a economical place to stay for his tennis tournament at Barnes tennis center. It was almost perfect. Just a little lacking in kitchen pots, pans, cooking trays, but otherwise great.

Great place to stay!

We came to San Diego yo watch baseball at Petco park and this was a great location for us. We were within walking distance to the Little Italy area. Checking in was very easy and as long as you read the information sent to you, you’ll be able to find which door is yours. The space was clean and had everything that we needed for our trip, housekeeping had opened up the windows for us so it was a great temperature inside. One thing to note is it is on a hilly area so keep that in mind if you are going to be walking. We saw some reviews that had complained about airport noise but it didn’t bother us at all, most of the time we didn’t really notice it. We would definitely stay here again!

Three issues that I was unsatisfied with. First to say that this unit has “air conditioning” is misleading. There is a small stand alone portable unit that would be undersized for a single room. It is also loud. It was a hot weekend and the windows are older and have a lot of solar gain. Even with the blinds closed the unit got uncomfortably hot despite leaving on the small unit non stop. The living room and kitchen were re-named the sauna on our trip. At night we could open the windows and cool down the sauna. Maybe add one or two more portable a/c or a heat pump. If anything a ceiling fan in the living room. SD has a great climate but we are all spoiled in these days to have AC in our homes and it was not comfortable. Second is that when you have a one bedroom with a couch bed, one would expect to be able to lock the bedroom door for privacy. When parents travel with their kids sometimes you want to lock the door! Very unsatisfied that a simple lock even a hook and eye could not have been put in. Please add a lock for future guests. Third. It’s odd that a living room tv is not included. I didn’t really look to see if the add says that or not but some things are just so normal. These days tv is so cheap, it should be added for better guest comfort. I hope this is constructive feedback. We knew the unit was near the airport and expected the noise, we expected parking on the street, we knew the unit is not a newer unit. The location is great. Close to everything.

Airport runway, busy highway and train noise all in one! Woohoo

The place is cute and clean inside for a tired property probably built in the 1950’s or earlier. Laundry is listed as an amenity …. But deep in the description …not unless you stay a month. The runway take off side of San Diego’s airport is close enough to shake the house and smell like pollution at all times. Highway just out the same window and train horns nearby contributes to the noise level and exhaust pollution. The view is not the peaceful marina as the listing seems to represent. Off street parking was a struggle as well. Just overall might serve your purpose but not a relaxing or nice place to be!

Great location and great communication with hosts

The pros are many for this property: Location! Very close to the tram station (although a walk over a somewhat seedy bridge but never felt unsafe). Relatively clean. I would say the only areas that were not extremely clean were the windows and window frames but the other areas were great. Great Communication with hosts throughout the stay. Had a minor issue with the sink but it the hosts were very responsive and had it fixed the next day (which was a Sunday!). Cons (although kinda neat just the same). It is within view of the airport and you will hear the planes. It is also overlooking a major thorough-fare so the noise at times can be loud. However, it was minimal past 10:00 pm and I quickly got used to it. And it became fun to watch the planes fly in and out (there is an app where you can identify the different planes and this became interesting to see where flights were going to). One more con is that the nearest grocery store or coffee shop is not within an easy walk. (hilly area with a relatively well stocked convenience store about 1.0 mile away). But with the tram close by it wasn't a big deal to get to areas that had stores. However, still not real convenient for just running out to grab a quick cup of coffee. Overall a great and very affordable place to stay!

Very dirty

Review San Diego This is a centrally located apartment which is close to a lot of restaurants. But there were some concerns: CLEANLINESS The apartment throughout is not clean at all. -Ceiling fan Ceiling fan in bedroom is really dirty. I doubt it has ever been cleaned. -Heater in living room Very dirty and unsightly. Could use a very detailed cleaning. We did not use since the weather was pleasant on this trip. But I would be concerned that it being so dirty would not be safe to operate. -Refrigerator Top of refrigerator is filthy. Again- not sure what their housekeeping cleans… I think that their housekeeping should spend some extra time making sure the apartment is actually cleaned before the next guest. But, again, this level of uncleanliness is not from the last guest, this has been building up for awhile. Inside of refrigerator was clean. So that was good. -Windows The windows (metal frame and glass) are utterly gross. You feel the grime when you open them to let the fresh outside air come into apartment. You should not have to wash your hands every time you open or close the windows. Just unacceptable. BEDROOM -Bed The bed looks like it had some potential to be comfortable but it is not. -Pillows The pillows are way too soft to make your nights rest possible. They need replacing. In my humble opinion. I already mentioned the dirty ceiling fan and windows. Iron/Ironing Board The host provides an iron and one of those tabletop ironing boar

Confortable but a bit noisy

This apartment is small yet very well furnished. Property managers are friendly and always helpful. The only issue is that it is very close to San Diego airport and it's often noisy when planes land and take off, besides being a few feet from railroad tracks. if you don't mind the noise, this place has a good balance between locations. comfort and price

Great trip to SD

Nice stay, great communication with owners, location near Little Italy & airport. However, the planes can get quite loud so, don't forget your earplugs!

Little condo close to everything

We loved that this was super close to everything. We really only used it for sleeping purposes, the only thing I would say maybe have a couple more cups/glasses/dishes for people who actually want to cook here or advice to bring their own disposable utensils as well as probably make a list of what's actually available in the kitchen and over all in the house just to make sure people who rent it bring what they need. Other than that it was a pretty cute small place, perfect enough for our stay! Thanks

Very nice place

I stayed here with my husband and our 2 year old daughter for several days in February. It’s a very nice place in a quiet neighborhood and super close to everything we wanted to see. We took uber/lyft everywhere and most places were just a 5-10min drive. The host were also very quick to respond to messages I sent and even were able to secure us a pack and play once we arrived. They are super helpful and accommodating and would I’d love to stay here again when the weather in San Diego is a bit warmer😀

Getting around: Most everything is a short Uber ride away, but if you are feeling adventurous there are ferries, cruise ships, train stations, jet skies, bike rentals, sailboats, windsurfing, kayaking and surfboards minutes away. Of course if you are more traditional, Lindbergh field and the car rental building are less than 2 miles away!
