Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,550 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master with a Sterns & Foster mattress, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 8.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember. We also have the 3br unit next door should you have a large group and need more space!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Parking is so easy and being on the 4th floor was perfect for loading/unloading, going to dinner, etc, as you can walk from parking garage to the room without using elevators. Love renting from Phoenix Properties. Never any issues. The staff at the complex are great. The lazy river, slide and zero entry pool are great for kids and adults!!Now, Unit 403 - the 2-bedroom layout was great. Love the extra bathroom which we used daily for showering!The living area was not furnished well at all. The couch was really small and the 3 chairs weren’t fit to sit in. There was no place to put your feet up. No recliner, no ottomans, and the chairs were horribly uncomfortable. The beds were ok. Not great. Bring your own pillows because what they had were not suitable for sleeping.The kitchen was spacious enough and the extra bar over the ice machine was great. Plenty of space to work and store groceries. The kitchen was not furnished with enough supplies. We only eat breakfast and lunch in the condo and this unit was lacking in several areas. I would definitely rent from Phoenix Rebtals again and I would choose Phoenix Orange Beach II, but I would never rent Unit 403 unless changes were made to the furnishings.

I was a little sad to see that it wasn't the same owners, as the furnishings and the general appearance of the unit were very different from our last stay. The bedding in the units, especially the comforters and pillows smelled. It was so awful. The people that actually live in the building were horrible and disrespectful of those vacationing at the condos. Our stay last year was wonderful, but this year there were so many things that were so wrong. We had to pay for our own parking. Last year it was included with our unit and was in the condo upon arrival. This year we had to pay all the additional fees! There was a HUGE issue with so many drunk adults in the pool area and the lazy river! I had my grandchildren with us and had to explain what was happening. So many different music systems just blaring that you couldn't hear yourself think, let alone read a book. Sitting out on the deck of our condo was nothing but load noise, loud music until 11 p.m. at night. Nothing was relaxing at all. It was constant noise and yelling or drunks that could barely stand-up walking around the lazy river area. Security at times was lacking and the drunks should have been asked to leave the family area! We vacation in Orange Beach every August. We have said that we will not stay in this unit or this building ever again. Like I said, we loved this unit and this building last year and couldn't wait to stay in it again. This building is lacking and I'm sorry that we wouldn't recommend anyone staying here.

I loved relaxing by the lazy river and in the large hot tub. Beautiful beach view and close to everything you need in Orange Beach! This unit was well maintained and clean. We enjoyed many of our favorite restaurants and enjoyed live music on the beach at Flora Bama. The only issue was an appliance repair man who appeared to service the ice machine. It would have been good to receive a notice he was coming.

Wonderful Stay

We were not offered nor informed that we needed wristbands when we checked in so on our first day at the pool a very rood man made us get out of the pool until we had them. And the lady at the front desk acted put out we requested them.

Dirty condo / beautiful views

The condo was dirty upon arrival. I sent an email and text message and never received an acknowledgment of the condo conditions. We spent the first night washing sheets and towels because they were not clean. Hair on towels that were damp. Hair and stains on toilets that had "sanitized" tape around the seat. Bath mats were wet and disgusting. Beautiful views from the condo. It was a nice location with very easy parking and close to restaurants, etc. Would not stay here again as the property needs a deep clean and has significant wear for a building that is only a couple of years old. Did have a very helpful conversation prior to arrival with the property manager.

Excellent Condo with an amazing view!

Being able to park on the fourth floor and walk directly to the front door of this condo is very convenient. The view from the balcony is unobstructed allowing for breathtaking views of the water. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner kept us cool. One thing I do mention is that there are no comforters or even quilts on the beds in the guest bedroom, and there was only one light blanket available. What they have topping the beds is just slightly heavier than the sheet, so if you get cold at night, you may want to bring something to keep warm. The property itself was pristine and the fitness center is top notch. The beach was very clean as well.

We were in Gulf Shores for a family wedding and the reception was at Zeke’s Marina across the street! The view of the gulf was nice and all was easily accessible! Our unit was very comfortable for the four of us and it was nice having the large bar area and ice maker! The bedrooms were nice and dark for sleeping in too! Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay! Thanks

Great location, great condo!

The kitchen came with all tools needed to cook, each TV was a smart TV, which was nice to login and watch our shows. I will say that the Jacuzzi tub in the master, needed to be cleaned more frequently. We turned it on, and clumps of black stuff came out of the jets, and even after numerous times of ice cleaning it, there was still black stuff coming out of the jets. I loved that. It was so close to the parking and we didn’t have to use an elevator to get to our room.The facility was great, my only complaint would be that the pools were extremely cold, even the indoor one. The one outside was almost too cold to even get in, it was so cold your body never got used to it.Overall, I would definitely stay in this unit again, just a few things that could change to make the stay absolutely perfect.

This unit was not quite as nice as the first one I stayed in and needed a little TLC (furnishings not quite as nice, squeaky door hinges, poor quality bath towels, shower drains need attention, lightbulbs need replacing, etc.), but the complex has great beach access and a beautiful lazy river pool area. I notified management about the issues listed above and they responded, thanking me for letting them know and said they would be addressed.
