Come see why this 15th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 15th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in both 3rd and 4th bedrooms, along with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Photos are misleading. Place isn’t that nice. And definitely worth anywhere close to what we paid per night. Stay at Aqua next door instead.

Great Place! Fun for all age levels. Will certainly come back. Plenty of room. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Pool and lazy river fun for adults too. Clean place. The balcony is safe and kids proof. Plenty of bathrooms and beds. We had 4 adult and 5 kids. This place was amazing for comfort. Elevator access and parking easy too. Family continues to talk about going back to same place to stay.

Family Vacation

This was our first time staying at OB we are PCB family. We absolutely loved the area and Phoenix 2 We range from 1 to 53 and we all enjoyed. My one critique would be for the property manager to relate that the office to get parking tags is located on the 2nd floor as you enter the parking garage. It was just a little confusing as there isn't a lobby as you pull in you actually pull into the garage. Parking was amazing, never had an issue! This room was beautiful. We had the best time and will stay at this property again.

Family vacation.

Clean,well appointed, good location by church, Marina, and grocery store. Cons: everyone paid to park and the only outdoor water feature is a lazy river which is nice. The pool and hot tub are indoor which would be great for fall thru winter.

Yearly girls get-away

Had a wonderful time with our second visit at Phoenix Orange Beach II! Absolutely love this place. Only recommendation....put some umbrellas or some trellises around the pool area. We’d stay there longer!!

Fantastic

Condo was beautiful and perfect for our two family group. The kids and adults both loved the amenities, we used the gym, pool, slide, lazy river, splash pad, and indoor pool several days during our stay. Walk out to beach was not too far (we thought from pictures it would be farther). Elevators were quick and there were plenty of buggies whenever we needed them (way better than luggage carts might I add!). Wonderful selection of food close by. We enjoyed the whole stay!

Great vacation!

Very nice vacation with family! Condo was one of the nicer ones we’ve stayed in over the years coming to the panhandle area. We had a group of 11 which includes our daughter and son and their families of 5 kids age 9 months to 10 years old. Condo was very roomy for everyone and comfortable. Great condition. Deck was nice and very roomy with a great view. Pool and lazy river was a lot if fun for the kids. All in all there isn't anything to complain about.

Maint. Man was professional & friendly. Top fridge drawer is broken, and bottom fridge drawer off its track. Can light in hall, closest to fridge would strobe after a few minutes. The bulb in lamp closest to sliding glass door in master bedroom was hanging below shade. Pizza pans in bottom of oven still had pizza on them. Other than these minor things, we had a great time & would Recommend it to everyone. Thank you for letting us stay.

Cramped bedrooms

Very nice property. Listing states that it sleeps 14. We had a family of 11, 7 adults and 4 children. We all had a nice bed to sleep in. However the rooms with the 2 double beds were very cramped. There was insufficient space to put suitcases. They had to be put on the floor, and that made it difficult to walk around to get to the beds. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful birthday week!

We have stayed at several of Phoenix properties and this is one of our favorites! This particular unit is actually our favorite one ever. It's updated and clean. The 2 rooms with 2 double beds in them are a great use of space. THere's plenty of seating in the main room and the balcony is spacious and well furnished. Our only complaint is that none of the Phoenix properties allow pets. We'd like to be able to bring our little dog with us. Other than that, this place was perfect for us!

Beautiful Condo Poor Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful. It is supposed to be supplied to have 14 occupants. We had 9. We only had hand towels for 4 and not enough wash cloths. I called and left messages and they were not returned. I would recommend renting a condo in this building but renting from the on-site manager - Brett/Robinson. Phoenix Rentals does not have the time or inclination to answer emails and basic questions regarding the unit (it does have a Keurig, fyi - question which they could not be bothered to respond). The unit has a great ice machine in the bar area. The building is a few years old now and some of the furnishings are showing wear. Rent an identical unit in this building from Brett/Robinson who has an onsite manager and could have gotten you towels & washcloths. Instead, we bought them & then they were wet/used and we left them.

Unit was amazing. Getting in was the problem.

Access code was incorrect and could not get anyone to answer my call initially. We were told we could get in the room after 4:30. Access code given to us in the email was incorrect. Everything else about the unit was spectacular. Wanted to let you know about a few things: coffee grounds were found in the coffee maker; dishwasher was very difficult to start- could not get it going upon our leaving (one family member was able to get it started during our stay, but she had already left); one electrical outlet in first bedroom to the left when walking into unit did not work; surface light on microwave is burnt out. These “housekeeping” items had nothing to do with satisfaction. Just check in process did not meet expectation. One other thing: as many times as we go to Orange Beach, this is the ONLY condo we have to pay for parking. We stay at many other places and parking is included. We just suck it up because we enjoy this complex so much. Thank yiu!
