Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. This unit is also just one condo away from the parking convenient!!



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your grilling your BBQ.



Come relax on the spacious 4th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! There is also a king bed in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle.

It was all wonderful except for the internet horrible connection if you were lucky enough to get one. Heard multiple people complaining about the same thing with people on the beach. Needs to be much better. Phoenix needs big time upgrade on their internet.

The property does need some minor repairs. The TV in the smaller bedroom would not connect to the WiFi so we couldn't use it. The bathroom faucet in the smaller bedroom also has a leak. Some of the electrical outlets do not work also. But overall it was nice and has a nice beach view from balcony.

Excellent location for enjoying beach and Florabama. Clean and everything we needed in kitchen for cooking and was nice to have washer and dryer. Great views of beautiful beach!

Great location

Wonderful location! Located near Flora-Bama restaurant which had tasty food and drinks. We could just walk over from our chairs at the each. Super close and convenient. Condo was clean. Amenities were good. Only complaint is the master bath bathroom door. It is barely usable and barley hanging on the track. Kinda frustrating. The three hot tubs and indoor and outdoor pool were nice. Family friendly. Would def stay at this location again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of four (two adult couples) spent a long weekend here to meet a large group of friends to see a show at Flora Bama. Since the building is literally next door to the bar and across the street from the marina and restaurants the location was excellent. Overall the room was fine, but there were some minor upkeep issues that, for the price, should be fixed. A kitchen drawer face fell off the first night. A dresser handle also fell off in the 2nd bedroom. In the master bathroom the toilet paper holder was missing one arm so it worked, but sometimes the roll would fall off. One of the two sinks in this bathroom was also clogged. None of these items ruined our weekend, but it wouldnā€™t take much for the owner to fix these to make the stay even better. The next time we go back, we would 100% recommend Phoenix 10, and would also consider this same room again if it was an option.

View and location on point

This is our second stay at the Phoenix X. First time at this unit. We throughly enjoy this spot for location as you get a beach view and the florabama right next door. Beds were comfortable and everything was good for our 5 day stay. I wish the laundry was a full size set so youā€™ll do more laundry if youā€™re staying quite a few days. We went to use the oven and it didnā€™t turn on but we checked and it actually wasnā€™t plugged in. Once we plugged it in it worked fine.

Loved Phoenix X

Loved the complex. pool, staff, and location. Condo itself needs help. Cleanliness was awful. Mirrors alll smeared;, toaster, oven etc. dirty; broken cabinets; lights out; air conditioning not working but fixed; wifi out but fixed. Dust bunnies under all furniture. Oven mitts dirty and burned up..
