Your gorgeous, beachfront oasis awaits. Situated right on the water, this idyllic home invites you to spend your days enjoying perfect weather from the beach-front deck or on the patio, where guests can soak in the hot tub, grill out and gather around an alfresco dining table. Inside, bright and airy interiors feature classic coastal design, such as a soft color palette, breezy linens, and plush furnishings. A large, open floor plan connects all elements of the space–perfect for large groups to mosey about the home comfortably. There’s even a second kitchen and dining area on the second floor. Gather around the adobe-style fireplace with your loved ones and toast to the best sunset you’ll ever see!

Deemed “America’s Finest City”, San Diego lives up to the hype. From beach hopping to riding Belmont Park’s seafront roller coaster, there’s plenty to do in this upbeat, laid-back beach destination. This is the burrito capital of the world, after all! With SeaWorld, Legoland, and one of the best zoos in the country, it’s playtime all the time in this sunny Southern California city.

Nearby Attractions: Belmont Park, Sunset Cliffs Natural Park, SeaWorld San Diego, Riverwalk Golf Club, Pacific Beach Pier, Olive Cafe, Cannonball sushi, Taco Surf, Mission Bay Sailing, The Loma Club Golf Course, Little Italy, San Diego Zoo, La Jolla Cove.

Home Truths:
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- We no longer have bikes available at this property.
- Please note the unit is surrounded by other homes in a close-quartered area and we would appreciate being mindful to the volume of the activities that may occur.
- Any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from your residence is prohibited. This home has a noise ordinance time between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning even a normal conversation must be moved to inside the home during these hours.
- AC is only available upstairs.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- The downstairs oven is temporarily out of service due to a back-ordered part. However, the stovetop is operational, and there is a fully functional oven upstairs in the second kitchen.

Parking Details:
2 car garage along with a driveway that can fit 3 compact cars.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

We love this place third time we have stayed here.
Working on the alley behind would have been nice to know made it difficult to get into the property. But otherwise the stay was great. !!

Great location and home
The location and property were great! The price was high for the home, especially since there were several issues with it, but overall it was lovely. The property manager was very responsive and did their best to address the issues, but it got time consuming and felt like I was back at work solving problems so I wasn’t a fan of not being able to relax on my vacation. The oven didn’t work so many of the groceries we bought to cook went to waste, there was a spare one upstairs but that didn’t work either. The dryer only dried three items at a time so it took hours to do one load of towels, and since this home slept so many people, that was insanely frustrating to not be able to do laundry mid-week for towels alone. The property manager brought more mid-stay so that helped. The slider to the patio is a mess. The doors in the master were broken so we spent two nights up all night from the wind banging them around and had to listen to a high-pitched whistling all night. We moved some heavy furniture up against them to try to hold them closed and stuffed towels in the cracks to help with noise, to no avail. Maddening! I’d recommend a more thorough property management inspection for this property to avoid these issues in the future, and more regular maintenance. We have many rental properties and these things were all avoidable, if someone cared enough to try. Overall though the location was excellent, the house was as advertised and our family enjoyed the week there!

Great house, incredible location
Took the house as a home base for my work team during a conference. House was very comfortable and exactly as advertised. Views and location were incredible and service from owner leading up to our arrival was professional and efficient.

Family Vacation
Great location; spacious house but…….house needs some work. Lowlights as follows: 1. Lost hot water for half of house on Dec.31; notified property managers….no action through remainder of stay (Jan. 3) 2. Downstairs oven not working entire stay 3. HVAC not working entire stay 4. Downstairs WiFi very poor….unable to stream downstairs monitors 5. Overall cleanliness poor…vent system could use a good cleaning 6. Cracked window in upstairs bedroom
