My family had a great time at this awesome beach front home. The tile work in the home was beautiful. AC worked great and had comfy beds. There was plenty of beach equipment. The beach was clean and never crowded. We would rent again!

Annual Summer Vacation

My Family and I have stayed in several different homes in Las Conchas. We've enjoyed them all, and this home was no exception. The house is big and beautiful and was very clean and well supplied for all our needs. Conveniently located right on the beach, with beautiful views of the sunset over the Sea of Cortez. We had a great time and would definitely consider renting this home again.

5-Star Review: Perfect Beach Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, spacious beach house right on the beachfront! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the sand and waves, with stunning ocean views from sunrise to sunset.The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortably fit our whole group. There was plenty of room to relax both inside and out — the open-concept living area made it easy to spend time together, while the bedrooms were quiet and private. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we especially loved dining out on the patio with the sea breeze in the background.Whether you're looking to unwind or explore, this beach house is the perfect home base. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here. Great location - walk right out to beach. The house is stocked really well with everything you need. Our only issues was the garage door was broke and had to remain open. Also, one air conditioner didn't work but it wasn't too hot so it was fine. We would stay here again.

Fresh tamales delivered to door daily! Added 2 lovelies to my sea shell collection. Watched moon rise while toasting marshmallows to sound of gently breaking waves. PERFECTION. (As always!)

It was the perfect setup for our large family—everyone had plenty of space, and having a private restroom for each bedroom was such a great bonus. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, which made it feel just like home.One of our favorite features was the large patio. There was more than enough room for everyone to relax and spend time together comfortably, whether we were enjoying morning coffee or winding down in the evening. And the location truly can’t be beat—the beach access is absolutely stellar.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again!

Fall break get a way with family

We are been visiting Puerto Peñasco for 30 years and love staying in Las Conchas. Close to downtown and you can’t beat the location directly on the beach! The owner of the home called to check in and make sure we had a great stay. My only observation is that there seems to be a severe water shortage. We ran out of water on our last morning but the property management group was extremely responsive. I hope this is not a problem in Rocky Pointe in the future.

Cozy beach house

Such a beautiful & cozy house, the detail on walls of every room is amazing. My kids loved relaxing inside but also were jacked up about just being able to walk outside & be at the beach. We liked that it was just minutes from town & in a great area Can't wait to have our next vacation here, which might be very soon.

Not only is the set up perfect for larger groups, it was clean and well furnished. They provided so many beach necessities also. The view was perfect!
