The property is less than a five-minute walk to the beach, which only gets larger and more beautiful as the season progresses. This property includes one full bathroom with a shower and an outdoor shower at the back of the house for when you come up from the beach and need to rinse off. There is a large deck off of a beautiful second-story 3 season room is great for outdoor meals and late-night lounging with semi views of the lake and islands. 3 season room was built with this scenic lake in mind, with windows in all directions and a door that leads directly to the large deck. Renters will feel peace while enjoying their morning coffee or tea in this beautiful room. Shade provided with one large umbrella during the day. Out on the deck, you will find a charcoal grill, outdoor couch, two chairs, coffee table, and large outdoor dining table for 8. 2 bedrooms include a queen-size bed and there is a king-size bed in the Primary bedroom. The rental includes a washer and dryer in the house that guests may use. Large kitchen with beautiful new appliances perfect for cooking large meals for the group or a cozy intimate dinner. Large indoor dining room table that can open up to seat 8 this rental is perfect for a group of family or friends. There is an additional detached, recently renovated tiny-home on the grounds. It has a Queen sized bed with a small kitchenette. Of note there is no bathroom attached and guests would need to walk upstairs to utilize indoor plumbing. However, is a beautiful outdoor shower just steps away from the tiny-home’s front door. Owners live just down the road on their own property and are always available for help during your stay!
