The second bedroom is equally comfortable with 2 Queen beds and a private bath, while the third bedroom, also with 2 Queen beds, offers access to the hall bath. All bedrooms are equipped with 49-inch 4K Smart LED Ultra HDTVs with HDR, providing entertainment for up to 12 guests.

The living room, adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows, offers breathtaking South views and includes a sofa sleeper and a 65-inch 120 HZ 4K Smart LED Ultra HDTV with HDR for a cinematic experience. The kitchen caters to all your culinary needs with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The condo’s appeal is heightened by 10 ft. ceilings, a convenient wet bar with an ice maker, and a full-sized washer and dryer, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Beach trip

The location was excellent. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen could use a few more supplies, but all in all we were very happy with our stay.

Excellent Stay

The condo was even more spacious than expected which was great and the keyless entry was convenient. It was very clean and had everything as listed. The location was also central to some great food spots and hangouts. We didn't run in to any issues. Highly recommended.

We had a party of 12 including one in a wheelchair. We have plenty of room for everyone. It was not wheelchair compatible, but we were still able to do what we needed to.

Nice location easy access to beach and pool

We had a great time it was easy access to the beach and pool. Lots of nice amenities and the condo was in great shape. The pool was nice. We really liked the slide, the lazy was ok. I would prefer a large pool if possible My only advice is make sure to find the right Phoenix there’s like 200 different Phoenix properties on the main strip. Also the WiFi is on a open network there should be a password because the neighbors were using the WiFi and that was a little annoying

Beach trip with friends

We loved this condo. Plenty of room, nicely decorated, lots of beds that slept well. Great view of the ocean from balcony. Kids loved the lazy river and indoor pool. Plenty of room to park in the deck. The workers at Phoenix 2 do a great job keeping the place up. We saw a hose pipe on the boardwalk with a leak and they fixed it within a few hours. It was very clean and didn’t feel crowded, even in June. Would definitely stay here again. The liquid life team also made checkin and checkout very easy with constant reminders via text and email.

Beach vs condo

Excellent facility. However, could not rent enough chairs by the water on the beach to accommodate our group. We had small children and could not see them in the water because our rental chairs were too far back from the water. Will not be staying here again because of this issue onlyu.

Beautiful Apartment with great views

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment; plenty of space for our large group. The lazy pool and slide were the highlights. However, there wasn't adequate supplies including hand wash, beach towels, toilet papers, toiletries and kitchen supplies. We have stayed in similar rentals in Destin and Key West and they were fully stocked. If these aren't provided, then it should be explicitly mentioned on the site or the follow up emails, so guests can prepare/pack adequately.

Between the beach, lazy river, waterslide, indoor pool and hot tub, we were in heaven. The kids absolutely loved it. The property is conveniently set up. You are always near the elevator, boardwalk goes far out to the beach, and the staff was very friendly and kept everything so clean. We will be back and we cannot wait!

Great Getaway with Family

Definitely bring extra towels as they only had a couple in each bathroom. No dish towels were provided. The can opener did not work so we had fun opening our spaghetti sauce one night! Just a couple of things I would have liked more would be more wash cloths and towels, were on vacation we don’t want to do so much laundry! Also the beds in the 2 queen rooms were not comfortable at all. And maybe some more cookware for guests dinning in! We will be back next year!

Hi Kelsy, Thank you for the review. We take feedback very serious and want to make sure we address items that need improvement, so thank you for bringing these items to our attention. We set up each condo with 4 sets of towels per bathroom, unlike hotels, linens do not get changed out everyday. We apologize for any inconvenience.
