Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. 1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. The owner has added the bonus of a designated parking spot for this condo in the covered garage with easy access to the elevators. You will still be required to get a parking pass at the front desk. A second parking pass can be purchased through the parking registration email sent to you, which is valid for your entire stay.

Our condo was nice. Beautiful scenery, hospitality was great, and condo was clean. My one and only issue, which is a big one, is that the shower and toilet in the master bathroom didn't work. We arrived on Tuesday evening, went to enjoy the beach and pool, and came back to find out the shower and toilet didn't work. 7 people had to use 1 bathroom!!!! Ridiculous!! Maintenance was contracted, but of course didn't come til the next morning. At that time, the toilet was fixed but the shower was a no!!!! Needs a plumber. So again, 1 shower for 7 people for 3 nights!!! Otherwise, the place was great!!!

Nice place to stay, electric went out about a hour before we checked out had to pack all of our luggage from the 12th floor to the basement parking garage. Inconvenient tho not related to the room just the building in general

Great location with nice amenities

The booking process was easy with great communication. We loved the location and the view of the ocean! Most items were in great condition with the exception of the shower heads in both bathrooms coming out of the wall, the primary bathroom handle falling off every time we used the facility, the main door scraping the tile floor, and the kitchen faucet splattering everywhere.The beds were comfy and the sofa in the living room was comfortable. Very cute decor! With a few minor upgrades, I believe the place would be really exceptional.

Great stay in off season

For the off season, this was a great condo. It was clean and quite. The master bed was too soft for my liking and the kitchen could use some new cooking utensils. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Fun Family Getaway

The property was just as it was pictured online. Everything was quaint, quiet, and clean! The square footage was just perfect for our family of four! A quick elevator ride to the lower level placed us on the beach and once we were done relaxing for the day, we could quickly shower, get dressed, and head out to local restaurants. Having a dedicated parking space and a washer/dryer combo was a huge plus! I washed everyday and we left with minimal dirty laundry. The facilities were comfortable and it was lovely sitting on the deck after the sun set to feel the breeze rolling off the waves. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

We loved our stay here! The view was amazing and the place was very clean! The only thing I will say is that the mattresses need to be replaced, they are all sunken in the middle.

Great Location, Updates Needed

Overall this was a nice location but the unit is definitely in need of some upgrades. All of the faucets were original and need to be replaced. The mattresses also need to be replaced. A little disappointed for the price we paid and definitely could not tell these things from the pictures.

Great Fall Break

Nice property with reserved parking spot. Very clean and had everything we needed. My only suggestion is TV use instructions. We had to unplug Tv In bedroom every night because we couldn’t turn it off

Long awaited family beach trip

I agree with other reviewers staying this condo needs some help. The pictures do make it seem bigger and better than it is in real life. Again, water pressure in master sink was a trickel and shower knobs need to be replaced in both bathrooms. Master shower was super slow to drain and dishwasher was not screwed into place. The slider in the main living area was amost impossible to shut so we would go in and out of the slider in the master. Two of the four elevators were being worked on during our stay which made the wait times extremely long. At first glance and especially for the price we paid, the condo was a disappointment. The parking attendent was super nice and very helpful. The building location and pool areas were also nice.

Last minute family getaway

The pictures online make the place look a little better than it really is. Both showers are tricky to turn on, master sink barely had water flow, kitchen drawers and pantry need to be cleaned, beds felt unstable especially the full sized ones (okay for kids not so much for adults), the place could use fresh paint, and updated furniture. Everything felt like it was on its last leg. With all of that being said, the stay wasn't bad. We had a great time on our vacation and this place was great for our size family and worked well for our needs. The unit just needs a little TLC.

Needs a deep clean

The location of this condo is nice and we liked having dedicated covered parking. However the unit itself hasn’t been well maintained. The walls, baseboards, and cabinets are all quite dirty with splatters and it shows they are never wiped off. There isn’t a entry way mat so you can tell that all the prior guests wipe their feet on the living room rug as it was full of sand. The mater bath sink barely works, and both shower nozzles are about to fall off. The beds are extremely worn out. The satellite for the TVs did not work so a serviceman came out and we lost an hour and a half of our day fixing the property. Then pest control came and wanted to spray while we were there and we have young children, again this is something the owners should take care of on their time not paying guests.

Nice view!

This condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The wait for an elevator sometimes could take awhile but overall not a reason to not return. The only thing that we would suggest is replacing all 3 mattresses on the beds and buying a new couch, they were all worn out. The water pressure was not the best but just like staying in a hotel.
