Everything was just easy. Hosts always answered questions promptly. Loved when we entered condo the nice music playing with aquarium playing on tv. Loved location to beach and pool.

Great condo, great location

Older building but well maintained condo with new furnishings and decor. Steps to the pool and a very short walk to a beautiful wide beach. We loved our stay and hope to be back!

Delightful condo in a great location

The condo was more than comfortable for our 3 night stay. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking utensils. Easy walk to American Beach. Very nice spot, all around!

Great vacation!

Unit was perfect for our family of 4. Spotless and just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the peaceful patio and property management was so easy to work with! We will be back!

Great Fernandina Beach stay

We were surrounded by comfort in this beautiful condo in Fernandina Beach area. Anything we needed there was right at our fingertips. The town of Fernandina was just a short drive away, while walking trails were right outside our door. We couldn't ask for more!

Great location! Quiet unit!

We loved the convenience of this property. It was close to the pool, easy walk to the beach, close to restaurants and the grocery store. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfy, and everything was clean. There is a nice greenway steps from the unit that was perfect for walking, running and biking. We loved our stay and we will be back!

Awesome Sauce

The is property is decorated beautifully and steps away from the beach. Stacie has it stocked with everything that you would need for a beach weekend. She even negotiated a discount for the beach bike rentals and called ahead and every day to check in on us. Best stay ever!

Wonderful beach

The property is beautifully decorated. The rooms are all good sized. The bathroom tub and showers are very old. The dishwasher was broken the whole time we were there

Just Right

Amelia Island is a lovely place to visit! So much to do you won't be bored. The unit is close to the Ritz and Omni resorts. This rental has Easy access to the beach, local Kayaking, local bike riding or just a little RR to meet every need. This location for us was perfect. The bed's were comfortable too after all the activities. It was also very clean... you can even walk barefoot.

Memorial Day weekend 2021

We are seasoned travelers with high expectations. This is without a doubt One of the best properties. Great amenities but it just felt so welcoming and cozy. Everything as advertised. Everything was in order. Great experience. So relaxing that we stayed an extra day. Thank you!!

Summer Beach Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! We had everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook when we wanted. Beds were super comfortable and there were even extra blankets and pillows available if needed. There were light weight beach chairs to take to the beach and beach towels. I also loved having the pool view from the back porch. The setting was lush and peaceful! The management team is great to work with and provided us exceptional service! Thank you for making our vacation so comfortable!

Not luxury

It is indeed close to the beach and does have nice towels but luxury is an inaccurate description. The kitchen is Formica, walls are thin, the showers have windows facing the parking lot- they are frosted windows but not totally private.

Great property!

We had a fantastic time. The condo was well appointed and was exactly as described. The check in process was flawless, as was communication with the hosts. Only offer 2 suggestions: 1) Replace the shower head in the master bath. 2) The pool. It was never cleaned properly. Lots of leaves from the vegetation and plenty of sand on the floor. Thanks for a wonderful, restful vacation!

Sailmaker

Communication and check in was easy. The condo was clean and the walk to the beach fairly easy although i would have preferred one of the units facing the beach. The entrance gate did not work the first three days we were there and neither did the pool gate nearest our condo. It was unlocked the whole time which was convenient but not secure. The sprinklers came on at just the time we were checking out so you had to try to go around or dodge them so as not to get your luggage all wet. I did appreciate the fact that bed linens and towels were provided as that is not the case at the Jersey shore where we usually go. It would have been helpful to have had a couple more sauce pots but overall a good enough stay.

Great location but unit needs some updating

Location: 5/5 The condo’s location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We loved being able to easily access the shoreline. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants, making it very convenient for our stay. Condition: 3/5 While the location is ideal, the unit itself could use some updating. The furniture and decor are quite dated, and some of the appliances seemed to be past their prime. A little modernization would go a long way in making the condo more comfortable and enjoyable. Cleanliness: 2/5 Unfortunately, the condo was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. We found sand in chairs and on floor, food crumbles, dirty coffee pot on counter and dirty baking sheets in oven, which was disappointing. However, the property management team was very responsive. When we contacted them about the cleanliness issue, they immediately sent someone out to re-clean the unit. This quick response was greatly appreciated and helped improve our overall experience. Overall: 3/5 Despite the need for updates and the initial cleanliness issue, the excellent location and responsive property management made our stay pleasant. With a few improvements, this condo could be a perfect beach getaway.

Wonderful Mom’s weekend in Amelia Island!

We three moms had a wonderful experience at this well apportioned condo. The beach chairs provided were in good shape and quality, kitchen offered every amenity and basic condiments. Fans provided in every room. Appreciated the pool as a place to cool off after a day at the beach. As seasoned travelers we were very happy and would stay here again. Contact with rental POC was easy, efficient and professional.

First Amelia Island Trip

This was our first Amelia Island trip and we were there over the 4th of July. My family and I were very pleased with our 2-bedroom condo. We were poolside, but the walk to the beach was super easy and quick. Stacie communicated with us leading into our trip and throughout our stay. She was very helpful with all my questions. Would stay here again!

Nice accommodations

Quiet property. Nice pool. Gated community. A little further from the actual beach than I anticipated. We are used to beach views but it suited our needs.

Siblings Reunion

Since our family had not been together for over one year, this was the perfect place for our small family get together. The unit is located where it was quite, but only a few step away from the pool. The beach accessibility was very easy and close to the unit. We loved the new updated furniture and accessories. Summer Beach is located on the southern portion of Amelia Island but we enjoyed the drive to our place of stay and exploring all of the island. Would highly recommend this unit because of the location and the accessibility of the beach. Also the new updates were very nice.
