Located in Gallia County this apartment completes my seventh short-term rental. Like my others, this once lease rental is now ready nightly. Located near two wedding venues, a winery, Bob Evans, and Holzer Hospital it is the perfect location. Located near US Rt 35 also makes it easy access for travelers. All has been refreshed and furnished with a delightful shades of greens and complimentary colors. New floors and freshly painted ceilings/ walls add to the atmosphere. WiFi and Direct TV both have great service for your use.

Perfect Place & Stay

My boyfriend & me stayed and it was perfect. The area is nice, we had no issues and the place has the perfect amount of space. It was convenient for us to catch the highway, the place was clean and decorated cute. The bed was comfortable to sleep on which is something you always worry about when staying somewhere. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Family visits

Come to town to visit family. Green with envy is a nice home for this occasion. It is the second time staying here in the last 8 months and I’d it is available in a couple months we will be staying again.

Wonderful

This is our second time staying with this VRBO owner but first time at this particular property. Our stay was wonderful again! Very clean! All the amenities we needed. Very cutely decorated!

Quaint stay

The check in process was a little confusing. We didn't receive our check in code but it was because of website not renter. When i called, she immediately answered and was very helpful. The stay was refreshing and private. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Basketball Practice

Daughter had a 2 day AAU practice session in Rio Grande, this property was a great portion for her and I, plenty of space and clean. Was close to Rio Grande and Point Pleasant so we looked for the Mothman also! Owner very responsive to questions!

Great for Travelers!

Really enjoyed the experience, had great communication with the property owner (Beth). My wife and I stayed just one night. I was playing with the Ohio Valley Symphony in Gallipolis that weekend and the room was perfect for getting in and out of town easily. Place is near the highway which we liked and easy to find (part of a group of 4 total rentals). Beth was very kind and let us use the room to change clothes before the concert even though it was after checkout time. Will try to stay here or another of their properties next time.

Review

Venue was lovely but we had a problem with the location and code. This was an e-mail problem and not sure on what end it happened. If it weren’t for another renter at a unit there we wouldn’t have known which unit we had or the code. He was able to call the owner and we got it straightened out. Another problem was with the tv. There should be an instruction sheet available telling you which remote to use and how to operate it. Again the fellow next door helped. Other rentals we have stayed in and even motels have a sheet telling you how to access the tv and its channels. Otherwise the unit was cute, clean, and very satisfactory.

There should have been a folder in the rack over the kitchen table with all instructions for the TV. The gentleman that helped you stays regularly with me and helps with issues. He says I don’t need to run out when he is there already. I still don’t understand why my message never came through with the code. I am so sorry. Beth
