Built in 2021. 1200 sq ft Private Guesthouse with separate walled in yard. Single car garage. Back patio with grill and outdoor seating, eat in kitchen, large master suite with walk in shower and spacious closet. Both bathrooms have magnifying mirrors and blow dryers. Second bedroom has two XL twin mattresses and an XL twin trundle and standard closet. Guest bathroom has large walk in shower. Several pillows to choose from to find your best sleep comfort. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen stocked with pots & pans, crock pot, instant pot, toaster, blender, hand mixer, coffee maker, coffee, tea, honey, sugar, powdered creamer, spices, cooking spray. Soft water. Brita water filter, salad spinner, baking pans and dishes, and containers to store left overs. Full laundry room with washer/dryer. Smart Roku TVs in Master and Living room. Easy access, no steps. Close to Mt. Lemon, Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Monument, Colossal Cave, hiking, bike paths, about 20 min to downtown Tucson, shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. Beautiful views of Catalina and Rincon Mountain ranges.
Owners live on the property, more like a next door neighbor, guesthouse is completely separate.

This is our second time staying at this property! It is clean, comfy and cozy and an excellent location for our needs. The desert is beautiful this time of year and the views of the surrounding area and mountains from this property add to it's value.....so peaceful!

Host thought of everything!

Eden's place was immaculate and very well stocked. You can tell she's put alot of thought into this place and hosting. I've been a host myself for many years and am always looking at properties with a slightly different set of eyes to see how they compare to mine. Nice extra touches that many other places wouldn't have include Brita water filter, ziplocs/tin foil, coffee pods/creamer/sugar, spices, plenty of towels, high quality linens, several king pillows, shampoo/cond/soap, clear instructions, Smart TVs. Eden was quick to respond and was kind enough to provide earlier check in. Would highly recommend. Thanks Eden!

Clean and comfortable

Very clean and had everything we needed. Blackout curtains in the rooms were very much appreciated for traveling from the East Coast with small children.

Great Stay

We had a great stay here in Tucson. Eden is a gracious host. The guest house is modern, clean and well equipped. If you are looking for somewhere to stay on the Eastside of Tucson this is a a great choice.

Amazing desert gem

This casita is definitely a gem. It is in a very quiet neighborhood with wonderful views of mountains all around. The sunrises and sunsets are stunning. The homeowners are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We stayed for 2 months and had a great time. The kitchen is easy to work in and very well stocked. The rooms are tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. There is so much to do and see in Tucson. It’s a short drive to Mount Lemmon from the casita. Any shopping you might want is just a few minutes away. We were sad to leave and would love to return. Thank you Eden, Mike, and Preston for making our winter vacation all that we could ever have hoped for.

Second Visit to Tanque Verde

This is our second visit to this wonderful casita in Tanque Verde AZ. The home is the perfect size, clean, well appointed and extremely relaxing. The host is very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect for us. Away from the hustle and bustle but easy access to everything especially great hiking and mountain views. We will be back!

Great hideaway in the Catalina mountains

Very nice property, everything you need and nothing you don't. The mountains are close and inviting while civilization is just a few minutes away and you don't have any traffic to fight to get there. It is a sleepy little bedroom community integrated with nature and I'm glad we still have places like that in Arizona!

Spectacular Casitas!

What a wonderful place to stay in Tucson. The location was perfect for us as we were in town for a wedding that was held at the The Barn at Tanque Verde Ranch. The casitas was fabulous with all the amenities you could need. It was warm, inviting and cozy. Eden was quick to respond to my questions and the whole process from booking to check out was a breeze. Thank you for an amazing property and great hospitality. Definitely will stay again if in the area.

Great Experience - 2nd stay in the Casita

This was the second time we have rented the Casita. We loved it so much, we came back - and will definitely book again when our travels bring us to Tucson. We were pleased to find the Casita as clean, stocked, and enjoyable as our first stay. Eden is a fantastic host and truly takes pride in her property. We were delighted to find the two items we suggested after our first stay were waiting for us there this time - a clock in the second bedroom and a children's step stool in the bathroom to make brushing teeth easier. These simple items are a testament to her desire to ensure her guests have a wonderful stay. The Casita truly feels like a home away from home.

Perfect Casita, not to be missed

We stayed here for over a week during our Spring Break and absolutely loved the Casita. We selected the location because it was near our family that did not have enough space to house us. The Casita is stunning. The owners have done an amazing job with stocking the casita with anything that you might need. There were plentiful towels, blankets and extra bedding, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry essentials, shampoo, even ziplock bags of all sizes, just to name a few! The kitchen is fully stocked and you could prepare pretty much anything you wanted! The beds and pillows, were firm but comfortable. You can tell that the owners take great pride in their rental, even down to the bedside lamps with chargers and nightlights to use wherever you want! They truly want their guests to be comfortable and enjoy their stay! If you're looking to stay on the East Side, this Casita is an absolute must!

Superior casita

The house is immaculate and decorated very tastefully and quite comfortable. Further, it’s fully equipped. We lacked nothing. My one criticism is it’s location. It’s in a developed subdivision so we had little opportunity to see wildlife. It is, however, very close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Eden is a very gracious and conscientious hostess. Beautiful bungalow in the desert

This place was amazing! Clean high quality amenities. We are older and are not tech savvy, so we weren’t able to watch the end of the Olympics. But not anyones fault. The hosts would have come right away to help us. Very attentive. Close to hiking, and biking trails. Loved it

Well appointed guest house!

My wife, sisters and I enjoyed the stay at this clean and bright house. Since I cook a lot the infra red burners were not the best but the outdoor grill more than made up for it. Since we were here for the gem shows the distance to town was a bit more than we hoped for but the time spent at the house was as nice as could be.

Desert Casita

This was an outstanding rental property. It is evident that the hostess has tried hard to anticipate needs and has the casita well prepared. The house is beautiful and new. The location is great for hiking. I would recommend it to all!
