This 4 bedroom duplex is perfect for large families or a getaway with friends. We are conveniently located just 20 minutes from Atlantic City for a fun night of gambling,concerts,fine dining or catching a great show! At the end of the day sit back and relax in the master suite jacuzzi with a chilled glass of champagne. Does life get any better than this?
Direct access to guarded beach.

Both bathrooms have been recently renovated . A new gas fireplace has been added. and the property has a new airy and open kitchen. Tastefully decorated with shades of pale yellow and blue creating a cozy beach atmosphere that you are sure to enjoy!

Beautiful ocean front home.

We loved our early October visit. The flat was easy to find, very clean and well appointed. The ocean view is beautiful from the deck. The bedrooms are comfortably sized and airy. The kitchen has plenty of room for people to move around and shares an open concept with the dining and living room. Communication with Bill and Mim was very easy with super quick replies to our questions from booking to checkout. We are planning to return next year.

Beachfront family vacation

Incredible stay on the beach

This property was every bit as gorgeous as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the incredible views! Ownership was responsive and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

You can not beat this view!

Let's get this out of the way from the start: THIS condo has the best view from their back deck - period! Add the that the fact that communication with the owners is excellent and you have a good vacation experiance for Ocean City. The space was clean and had everything we needed. Don't forget to bring your own sheets and towels, like we did - lol! (Luckily, we had family in the area ;) We really liked the food at Uncle Bill's Pancake House, Yesterdays Tavern, and The Lobster House in Cape May - all were great! Two suggestions for the owners would be for them to add a bannister on the left side of the steps that would go all the way up the fifteen (rather steep) steps since the bannister on the right side stops at the last five steps or so. (Note if you have very young children: We tried to put up a pressure mount gate at the top of the steps and it will not work due to the structure) Secondly, it would have been nice to have one upholstered chair that was a bit firmer than the couch to sit on. Other than that - what an amazing front row seat to a gorgeous ocean, a beautifully decorated home, and just a perfect location. We plan to come back!

Reunion Weekend

As friends of 40 years gathered for a get together we appreciated this beautiful property with its stunning views and cozy living areas. William was wonderful to work with as we planned our trip and very responsive to questions. We would definitely return to this lovely home.

Perfect get-a-way for family group!

We were so happy with the property!!! The view is AMAZING!!! We stayed here over President's Weekend--a pair of siblings, their mother, and the siblings' spouses. I could not have asked for a better setting to spend a peaceful and relaxing weekend enjoying family. The main living area is perfect for preparing meals and hanging out. My husband and our brother-in-law (the women in this family don't cook!) were impressed with the many kitchen tools! Everything we needed was there. I was the only one who woke up early each morning to watch the sunrise--and it's a place and time I'll be thinking of during any future stressful moments!! I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the comfortable couch, with the fireplace warming the room, and sipping my coffee as nature put on her finest shows. The communication with William was excellent.!!! He responded immediately to any question and was extremely accommodating. I look forward to visiting this gorgeous property again.

Better than Expected

Definitely check this place out if you get a chance. We stayed for a long weekend and the hosts were very communicative, responding quickly and making sure we had everything that we needed. Location was awesome and right on the beach.

Lovely, airy beach-home without a lit of personal decor

We stay at a lot of places and one thing I hate is when owners over decorate their homes. It’s just too personal! This home does not have that. The decor is simple, easy and light. It really feels like a retreat. I’m already booking my return. Also, the owner was very helpful and answered my call right away when I needed help with the fireplace. He walked me through it and everything from then on out was perfect.

Cozy, Comfortable and Very Clean

This home was perfect for getting away from all the craziness going on, It is beautiful!!. Very comfortable, Cozy and Very Clean. Also tastefully decorated. Kitchen very equipped with anything you need. Communication with the owner (Bill) was excellent. Home is right on the beach and the views from the living room were awesome. Highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back.

PERFECT LOCATION. Lovely Beach House!

Winter Time Escape

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this perfect beach house. Views from the living area were superb as were a number of the sunrises we enjoyed. Bill was very communicative on the property and reached out quickly on an issue with one of the ammenities. Great host and a fantastic property which offered a nice quiet getaway from the city. Simply Perfect!

This house is beautiful! The beach is your backyard! We stood the week after Christmas into New Years and had a quiet celebration with friends and just relaxed and enjoyed the view. The owners were great!! Super easy to communicate with and helpful every step of the way! Cant wait to go back!

Everything about the property has been renovated since we purchased it. Each year we update the property. In the 2017 and 2018 we added new kitchen appliances, new flooring and furniture, including a smart TV

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Sliding doors which are the full length of our eating and living areas provide a beautiful view. Lifeguards are on duty from Memorial Day thru the end of September. the lifeguards abandon most other beaches on Labor day.
