My apartment is located in the heart of the 6th district, close to the train station and has all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay in Lyon. Measuring 36 square meters, it is ideal for a stay up to 4 people. Access is autonomous.

Located on the ground floor, the accommodation includes:
- a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed ;
- a shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a dining area ;
- and a living room with a sofa bed to relax after a day of walking.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and its location.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, washing machine, oven, iron.

The apartment is located near the subway station "les Brotteaux".
You will find a supermarket "U Express and Drive" at 4 minutes on foot for your small daily purchases.

Sites of interest close to the apartment :
- the Parc de la Tête d'Or (14 minutes on foot);
- the Botanical Garden of Lyon (18 minutes away);
- the Porte des Enfants du Rhône (14 minutes by bus);
- the Museum of Contemporary Art of Lyon (17 minutes away); and many others...

## Emplacement
The 6th arrondissement is a real lungs with its park and zoo. It is often described as the most chic district of Lyon with wide avenues (Boulevard des Belges, Rue Duquesne, Avenue Foch ...) lined with beautiful buildings and mansions with pleasant views on the Tête d'Or park. It is also a shopping district, especially around Cours Vitton.
The famous places are :
- Former railway station of “Lyon-Brotteaux”, where we can see on of the 5 breweries Paul Bocuse ("East").
- The “Cité Internationale”
- Redemption Church
- St. Pothin Church
- Military Governor's Hotel
