Great place to stay but we had a few issues. First, the communication was great with the owner. We had zero issues getting into the place. The place is exactly as described: spacious and great pool area for BBQ's and entertaining. The place could have been a little cleaner, but its not a big deal.
The Bad:
We got there and the refrigerator was not working, neither was the hot tub or the dishwasher. I texted the owner and he had me doing some diagnostics but I told him that they were all broke. The door switch for the dishwasher wasn't sensing it closed so it wouldn't turn on. The refrigerator freezer fan was broke so it never cooled the refrigerator below 45 degrees and the hot tub would trip the breaker when turned on.
I arrived on Friday and nobody was available until Monday as far as the appliance repair guy. He said an electrician was coming out Monday to look at the hot tub. The appliance repair guy came out and told me it'd be minimum 2 weeks for parts and he also has to go through the insurance so it may even be longer than that. The electrician came out and looked at the hot tub and said it needed to be drained and moved for him to get access to the electrical panel because its not up to code. So I texted the owner and he got another hot tub guy the next day (Tuesday) to look at it and he ended up fixing the problem and it worked after that for the duration of our stay.
Now the appliance problem, the owner said he couldn't do anything about the dishwasher but he could get us a garage fridge and would be delivered I believe on Thursday from Lowe's. It showed up and we had to use the refrigerator out in the garage.
The owner was apologetic, and he tried to accommodate our issues. I would have given it 5 stars if not for these problems.
It could have been easily solved if the property manager would have done a walk through before our stay and found these problems.
