Unit 113 at Island Princess. Assigned covered parking spot. Stainless appliances and granite kitchen and baths. 2 BR/2 BA ground floor unit with a walk in shower!! King Size bed in the master bedroom with and a wrought iron Queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom. Both bedrooms have full baths connected. Nice linens and towels, etc. Extra long leather sofa, large enough for sleeping. (Not hide-a-bed) Unit sleeps4-6.

Unit 113 has wireless internet, a 55" LCD smart flat screen in the living room with a DVD player, Netflix, smart TV in both bedrooms, DVD's, large selection of paperback novels under the TV and a deck box with beach toys are provided for your enjoyment. Just steps from the pool, hot tub, grills and beach. Pool is heated seasonally. BBQ grills, workout room and a gazebo located on the preferred West side of property. Close to restaurants.
Daily beach service with 2 "FREE" chairs, umbrella and an attendant (Mar-Oct) FREE 1 HOUR OF PADDLE Board or KAYAK PER DAY (weather permitting) a reserved covered parking space is included. Additional non-reserved parking is available.

Sorry, association rules prohibit pets.

Boats/trailers are not permitted to be parked on the property. Arrangements can be made at Adventure Marina approximately 1/2 mile down the street. Phone 850.581.2628

Condo was very clean with nice furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. It is a short walk to the pool and beach. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. There is a beautiful shaded sitting area with a large fountain just outside the condo entrance. Handicap parking is available near the condo. Condo owner and housekeeper were friendly and easy to communicate with. We hope to return next year to this condo. It was a five star vacation-beautiful weather and a beautiful condo.

We had a great week at your place even though we couldn’t see the beach and ocean from our patio we could still hear the waves. The short walk to the beach and pool was great and the beach service was amazing. The condo was very nice and clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Not one negative thing to say!

If you have the chance to book, do it! You will not regret it one bit. We were coming for a week with 3 adults and our 3 and 6 year olds. Craig was so easily accessible with questions and when we got there, we were right inside. The condo is right next to the covered parking so it wasn’t a long walk. It was so convenient being on the first floor and my kids loved the water fountain in front. When we got inside, it exceeded our expectations and the online pictures! Everything we could have needed was provided in the kitchen and it was so clean. The rooms were spacious and clean as well and that is the first thing I check anywhere. Being on the first floor, we were able to walk out the patio and have a short walk to the pool and beach. The chairs and umbrella being set up was such a perk. The location was by some great local restaurants which made it easy to get to and avoid the traffic. I could go on and on but I’ll leave it at, if the condo is available during your vacation time, BOOK IT! Except when we plan to be back haha!

Fantastic

Ground floor, quiet, clean, nice decor, close/very short walk to pool, hot tub and beach access. Perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle! Well appointed kitchen, bought some groceries and we were all set for the week. Great bed linens and bath towels. Felt like home, thank-you.

Beachside oasis

The beds were super comfy, extremely clean, very well maintained. Pool was clean and warm. Chairs and umbrellas being available and complimentary was a game changer! Would stay here again.

We lucked out with really great weather for our week trip! The condo was exactly what we needed with everything you could want from spices in the kitchen to beach toys. Pool was heated but a little crowded. Not a ton of food options within walking distance, but a short car ride gets you to more. Overall a really nice stay

Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed this ground level unit just a few steps from the pool and beach access. It had everything we needed to feel at home. Fully stocked kitchen. Will stay there again!

Favorite place!

This is our third time staying at this unit at the island princess and it has started to feel like a second home!The condo is always really clean and has everything you need to make your stay feel like home. The full kitchen has been amazing for us to save money by cooking instead of going out. If you do like to go out for dinner and night life, you’re a 5 minute drive from everything you could want. Another thing that we love about this unit is that it’s on the first floor! While you can’t see the ocean from your room, you don’t have to carry your things down steps or wait for elevators. Just take a few paces and you’re right at the pool and a few more steps gets you on the beach. The unit also includes beach chair and umbrella service and a kayak rental for 1 hour each day-included! Any time that we do need to contact the owner, they have always been extremely helpful and responsive. We are so thankful that we found this unit and it has become our family’s perfect getaway destination! It has truly become a cherished tradition.

Perfect Condo Beach Stay

This property was perfect. Exactly as listed, and steps away from the beach. It was clean and felt like home. Craig was in contact as soon as I sent a message with a question and was absolutely the nicest. We will be sure to stay here again. It was a perfect beach vacation for our family!

Great condo

We had a great trip and cant recommend booking with Craig enough. Room was clean, beds comfy, well supplied kitchen which lets be honest is super rare. Location of condo was definitely a fav for us, just steps from the pool and beach access. Covered parking not far from room so you dont have to haul all your belongings far! Already thinking about booking our end of the school year trip with him!

Comfortable condo

We had an excellent stay. The pool really is steps away and the beach a couple more steps. This is first floor and the view is the dunes, but we were fine with the view. Pool is cleaned every morning. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Covered parking was nice. Clean

Took our granddaughter to her softball national tournament. Perfect location.... close to everything we wanted to do! This condo is on a quite road with minimal traffic! I wanted: Clean condo ✔️ Hot water and comfortable clean beds✔️ Ground floor✔️ Nice pool✔️ (30 steps from the back patio) Beach side convenient✔️ (40 steps to the condo's private boarwalk to the pure white powder soft sand)✔️ 2 chairs & umbrella daily reserved ✔️ Covered parking reservered spot✔️(a vehicle was in our spot #113 until Tuesday evening) I would not hesitate to stay in this beautiful condo again! Loved arriving and hated to leave!

Great beach front condo on the first floor.

My family and I visited for a baseball tournament. When we booked the room we received a message immediately from the homeowner who kept in continuous contact with us throughout our stay. We arrived early and enjoyed the beach while our room was being cleaned. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. Including an air fryer and all kitchen supplies.We were traveling with an infant and the rocking chair in the master came in handy for bedtime.The condo came with two chairs and umbrella beach service daily which was an added plus! There was also extra chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards available for us to use. We were thankful for this because we were limited on space to travel with these items. We had plenty of towels but were only left 2 wash cloths for our family of 4.The cleaners were in a hurry due to the renters before us not checking out on time. I assume this could’ve been an accident but we made it work.The air conditioner was leaking upon our arrival. The homeowner kept in contact with us and the air was fixed within a few hours.The air worked very well for the Florida heat.The condo was ground level which we loved. We didn’t have to wait to use the elevator and it was nice for bringing in groceries.We were also close to the pool but thankfully not right in front of the pool because it got pretty loud there some nights. The only negative was not being able to see the beach being in the ground floor.We would definitely stay here again.
