Summary:
This beautiful 10-bedroom house is easily divided into five separate two- bedroom units. The house is set-up as four private ocean-front units, and one apartment with limited ocean view. This listing is for the Apartment and does not have a direct ocean view. Guests will have 100% access to the private beach and views off the beach walkway sitting area. Rent one or any combination of units.
Both beds in this unit are queens.
One of the Beds in this unit is a Queen bed in a loft area with a bathroom. The washer and dryer are both in the loft as well. This Apartment is on the front of the house and does not have the direct beach view of the other units. It does share the beach access and is connected directly to the decks of the other units.
The beach walkover features two reading nooks giving you a beautiful view of the water and sand. The $100 chair and umbrella set fee saves our renters $100+ over local weekly rental companies. Additional sets are available.
Weekly rentals include use of our paddleboards and kayaks, and beach bicycles (first come first served). Gas grills are also provided in the front of the house.
Our extra-large parking area affords our renters with a minimum of two parking spaces each.
Dogs and Cats are accepted with an additional $200 cleaning fee and must be disclosed prior to arrival.
The $30 damage insurance fee does not cover pet-related damages. Any damages over $500 will be charged to the guest.

Not at all what I expected
1. The entire building is under construction and there is construction going on beside the property.
2. There are no windows that you can look out of in the unit. The glass doors with the windows have no privacy and look out into the parking area that is filled with dumpsters and looks like a junkyard.
3. The patio area is piled high with junk and the deck at the beach access area is filled with debris and construction materials.
4. Totally misleading in the advertisement.
5. Owner stays on the property and was nice enough but that doesn’t fix a junk filled property and the fact that there’s construction noise inside and outside the unit.
6. The upstairs bathroom is in a closet. The downstairs bathroom is just as small. Disappointing.

Hi Starlet, I am terribly sorry that you did not enjoy your stay but this review is damaging to our reputation and completely false.
1. The building is not under construction. We are having siding replaced from the storms this past year and new deck boards put down before spring and summer season.
2. The two main doors in the living are are large windows and a 4x6 window above those as you state directly after this comment and they have closing blinds inside the glass that you can shut for 100% privacy. I could have assisted you in functioning them (and all other issues) had you brought it up to me or the owners at all during your stay.
3. I am not sure what patio area you are referring to but I can assure you it is NOT piled with junk, Again we would have been happy to move or clean anything not to your liking if you had mentioned this.
4. Not sure what is misleading... there are many positive reviews on this property and none of them felt mislead.
5.... This has been answered.
6. This is a small apartment and there are clear pictures of it. in Photo #12 and 13 you can very clearly see the upstairs bathroom.
Again I am very sorry you are disappointed and we would have LOVED to make it right for you and even assist with anything during your stay but you said nothing/ acted happy.
For all future guests please give us the opportunity to correct any displeasure you experience during your stay! We look forward to hosting you all :)

This is a great location right between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Fast and easy to get anywhere on 30A. The apartment was recently renovated when we made our visit and the building was still undergoing renovation while we were there. The apartment is well appointed and easy to clean. Our dog (and 16yo son) loved the enormous LoveSac Bag chair. The beach behind the property is beautiful. Great walks in either direction. The biking is great too. Seaside is a 2 mile ride to the west, Grayton Beach around 2 miles from there. it’s a few more miles to Rosemary Beach, but certainly within the average person’s reach. Highly recommended.

Fun in the sun!!
We had an amazing, fun and relaxing week…GREAT.. Location… The amenities were perfect… Even though the house was under construction it was not a problem.. Having access to the bikes what great! Rode my bike everywhere. I really liked having chairs and an umbrella set up every day. Property managers were easy to work with and made out stay that much more enjoyable.!!

Hidden gem!
This was the BEST place to stay, right on the beach. Some construction and updates going on but didn’t affect us one bit. The most beautiful beaches around, quiet, family friendly and not at all crowded since it’s a private beach. The unit came with everything we needed, and we met the most amazing people (Including the owners:) Could not have asked for more. We will definitely be back!

Great location
The owner is currently renovating the property. It did not impact my trip but should be noted on the listing. The location can not be beat! Walk or hop on a bike to great restaurants and shops. The unit I stayed in had everything we needed.

It's a nice property and nice location. However, it's also still under construction to some degree. When we got there, there were flies and fruit flies everywhere. I emailed the manager and got no response. The door code was incorrect and the only reason we got in was because someone was onsite.

Flexible
The property location is just right for someone who wants beach front and easy access to the Seagrove area. Loved having bikes, beach chair set-up and paddle boards at our access. Both the property managers we talked to were flexible and kind and helped us make some changes to our reservation. Would definitely go back!
