We have a 46" TV with in High Definition reception as well....:-))) A Smart TV in the Master Bedroom for streaming Netflix or Amazon Prime....You'll love our home away from home!!
Relax and sip your coffee each morning in total privacy while watching a beautiful sunrise to the east from our large balcony -- then return in the evening and snuggle in with a glass of wine and enjoy a breathtaking sunset. You just can't beat our view! We are high up on the 11th floor and have the most amazing panoramic views you have ever experienced! On a clear day you can see all the way east down the beach to Panama City and west up the beach to Destin -- both popular tourist destinations and both within 20 minutes in either directions.
-The perfect location and amazing view is not the only thing that will make you fall in love with our condominium, we try hard to make you feel comfortable and right at home:
-Large walk in shower
-FREE WIFI to our guests
-We provide you with two of our personal beach chairs, umbrella, sand screw and beach towels in our unit for you to use while our guest.
***The chair service on the beach is a private contractor....we do NOT provide their setups to our guests.
-Our kitchen is modern, roomy and fully equipped with everything you will need while at your 'home away from home' -- including a handy washer/dryer closet so no trips to the laundromat while on vacation!
-Our living area has 2 sofas with an ample seating area, large flat screen television and DVD player, and separate balcony entrance.
-Our dining area is big enough for the entire family to gather around the table for dinner, games, or just chatting with friends over drinks you made at the wet bar.
-Our master bedroom boasts an inviting king size bed with new linens, 32" flat screen SMART TV (for streaming Netflix, Amazon, Huluplus, YouTube and other apps), private bathroom, lots of closet and drawer space and private balcony entrance.
-Our second bedroom is well lit with it's large front facing window, has a comfy queen size bed with new linens, flat screen television and DVD player (no cable,) roomy closet and plenty of drawer space.

We had a lovely time at this Beachcrest condo! The beach is beautiful, and the pool was super fun for our littles when we needed a change of pace. The owner provided everything we needed, including comfortable chairs and a nice umbrella. We beat the chair service out in the mornings and claimed our space. The unit is spacious with an updated kitchen and a great sized balcony. We saw lots of dolphins, big schools of fish (herring? mackerel?) a sting ray and even a sea turtle! We made some great memories and look forward to coming back next chance we get! Desiree is a fabulous host!

Great location, Amazing view!

Wonderful stay. Comfortable place with an amazing view!! The balcony was incredible. Easy beach access, and a lovely location. Host was friendly and was extremely responsive and helpful.

Perfect Weekend!!!

We stay at the condo for a friends wedding weekend! It was in a great location and had a gorgeous view of the ocean!! Desiree was the best host ever! Very accommodating for our needs! Will definitely return!!

Great stay at the beach on 30A

We had a wonderful stay at Beachcrest condos. The rooms were as described. Great balcony with view of the gulf. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home. Check-in was easy. Desiree was great at communicating with us and answering all of our questions.

Great week in Seagrove Beach!

Just returned from a very relaxing week in Seagrove. This unit was very well equiped and clean. Plenty of towels and beachtowels. Owners were very good to work with and very accommodating. We look forward to our return.

Top Of The World At Beachcrest

Our week long stay in this condo was wonderful. The unit is lovely and very well decorated and equipped. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't there. The view of the water and beach is fantastic. It's location is very desirable. Close to shopping and wonderful restaurants. We would certainly stay here and again recommend to others.

The place to stay on 30A!

Our host from booking to departure was incredible in helping us navigate there, helping with amenities, and always available for any questions. The place was close to many restaurants, shops, and other conveniences. The view was incredible and I could see nearly 180 degrees. There was plenty of parking and the facilities were well-maintained and kept. The building was perfectly located with a great situation for the private beach (between other private beaches) with access to beach services. We had a wonderful time and were reassured by having a great host. Will absolutely book here again!

Wonderful stay in Seagrove Beach!

We had a wonderful vacation at your condo. It was just what we imagined from the pictures on your website. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, with all of the necessities of home. Robin was really fast to respond to our rental inquiry and very sweet when I called her . Our family will definitely look forward to staying here again. The area is quiet and at the same time so convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. We highly recommend it!!!

Great condo!

We stayed a week with our 2 yr old and 7 month old. The condo was very kid-friendly. We had a little trouble checking in...the unit was not quite ready, but Robin assured us that everything would be ready soon, and it was. We would definitely go back in the future.

Great Location and Lovely Condo

We totally enjoyed our stay! The owner was fantastic...very responsive, reliable, and personable. Any questions we had before/during our visit were answered promptly and fully. The condo has lots of little extras designed to make a guest's stay more enjoyable. It's within walking distance of one of the best restaurants on 30A and several other eateries. The view is wonderful and the private beach is right outside the ground floor of the complex.The beds were a bit softer than we're used to but we adapted quickly.

Perfect

The condo is somewhat outdated but it is clean and cozy. The view is amazing. We enjoyed watching dolphins in the morning. The owner is super friendly and goes above and beyond with customer service more so compared to other condos we have stayed in over the years. It is located directly across the street from a Subway and a few 30a stores and not far from the gas station. Location is perfect!!

Unbelievable view

The condo was extremely clean when we arrived. It is decorated very nicely with the beach theme being really cool. The view is mesmerizing. I sat out on the balcony multiple times a day. The only tiny issue I had was the tiny guest bathroom. It was so small you had no room for your toiletries. Otherwise, perfect stay.

We stayed in the condo the week of June 22nd. We had a wonderful time. Robin was very kind in notifying us the condo was ready early, although are drive was very long so we could not take advantage of it. The condo was very nice and clean and equipped with everything you need. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The beach chairs and umbrella that come with the condo for guest came in very handy, and used everyday. The extra gift basket was a nice bonus. Also, Darrell who rents out the chairs and boating equipment was supper nice and very helpful. He is there almost everyday, so if you visit, go introduce yourself! I would definitely recommend this condo and Beachcrest!!!

Great spot in Seagrove Beach!

We’ve never been to the 30A, and thought we’d take a chance on a new spot. Ended up loving the area, and were very pleased with the condo. The building is on the beach, and offers incredible views! Parking was a breeze and elevators quick. It is an older building and that's pretty evident in the little details of the building - broken signage, older hardware, etc. The pool is small but warm and there was a short walk to the amazing beach. Water was clear and beautiful. The condo itself was nice and very clean, with dated furniture but up to date kitchen and main bath spaces. The kitchen is equipped with most of what you would need to make meals (just add food), and we had no issues other than the coffee pot carafe was broken. Fortunately there was an older coffee pot in the closet so we just used that. We did let the owner know, and she responded immediately. The beds were very comfortable. The sofa bed was broken, and we didn't need it anyway, but it was pretty hard to just sit on. The balcony has a few chairs and a table, so it's nice to sit out and enjoy a drink or watch the stars. The location is perfect, and the owner was responsive and kind. She even left a little good bag and toiletry baskets with things we may have forgotten at home. We were able to extend our stay by a couple of days to take advantage of good weather easily. Overall, we cannot wait to return!

My husband Paul and I arrived here from Maple Shade, New Jersey, compliments of the USAF....over 30 years ago....Fell in Absolute Love with Seagrove Beach and the Artistic area of SeaSide! Presently we live and work locally.... he with his Podiatric Practice, and I with a Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio and Spa. As small business owners, it can be hard to Vacay for long periods...So this condo affords us occasional chillaxing time, when we are not sharing it with our Wonderful Guests who come to visit the Emerald Coast!
