In the open great room, you’ll see sandy-toned walls, coastal-inspired accents, and plush furnishings. All of this combines to create the laidback vibe everyone deserves on vacation. The living room includes a comfortable gray couch that doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, an oversized lounge chair with a matching ottoman, and a woven accent chair. The seating ensemble faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a handsome wood credenza. Honey-toned floors extend into the dining area, where a raised table and seating for six sit next to a large mirror. The adjacent kitchen features white cabinetry, matching appliances, and spacious countertops. Raised chairs at the tiled breakfast bar provide extra seating for dining and hanging out. From the great room, guests can access a furnished, gulf-front patio. Enjoy the happy company of your fellow vacationers while watching the tide roll in, feeling coastal breezes on your cheeks, and catching the smell of salt in the air.

The bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary suite is a slice of heaven in and of itself. It has a king-size bed, cottage-style furnishings, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bath with dual vanities. The icing on the cake, though, is the sliding glass door that opens onto a private balcony with views of the gulf. Grab a cocktail and your honey to catch a glorious coastal sunset from this perfect vantage point. The condo’s guest bedroom is painted ocean blue and features two full-size beds. The space is complete with a sunny window, white furnishings, and a wall-mounted TV.

With its beachfront location, guests are less than a one-minute walk from the snow-white sands and shimmering waves that 30A is known for. A boardwalk and stairs lead directly to the beach from the condo complex. Another benefit of booking a stay at Walton Dunes is its central location. Deer Lake is nearby, providing a serene setting for nature walks, bird watching, and paddle boarding. Seaside sits just to the west, with a unique collection of shops and restaurants that make up the iconic beach town.
