Enjoy a cozy family room with a new 43" 4K LED flat screen, DVR, Blue Ray DVD Player and High-Speed Wireless Internet Access. A spacious, well-equipped kitchen and dining area await you on the main floor. A new three-part whole house water filtration system has been installed delivering bottled water quality water throughout the house. A bathroom with larger shower (no tub) & outside access, plus a closet stacked washer and dryer (also located directly outside the home) complete the main level. Upstairs you'll find the two bedrooms and a second bathroom/shower combo. The master bedroom has a Westin Heavenly™ king size mattress and Pottery Barn™ Stratton bed, ample closet space, dresser, under bed storage drawers and a new 24” LED flat screen TV. The guest room with its Westin Heavenly™ queen size mattress and Pottery Barn™ Stratton bed and flat screen TV. This bedroom has french doors to your own private balcony. The balcony has two comfortable cushioned chaise lounges - a great place to "catch some sun" read a book and just enjoy life. There is a shared full bath (shower only) in the hall. Also provided is a portable crib, child gate, highchair and numerous games and puzzles that are sure to keep the kids busy after a long day at the beach! Up one more level you'll find the best seats in the house! Complete with two twin day beds with Westin Heavenly™ mattresses and lots of comfortable pillows to relax and lounge on. Open the windows to hear the waves crash onto the beach or turn on the new 39” LED flat screen TV or new Blue Ray DVD player and enjoy a movie. The tower will quickly become your favorite room in the house! The view of the town and of the gulf are awesome. Kids love to play up here and adults love to come up and have cocktails and enjoy the sunset. There is a small balcony off of the tower to look at the Seaside skyline. There are chairs, umbrellas, toys, and floats provided for your beach enjoyment. The home is even equipped with whole house air UV air purification system!!!
