Oceanfront Duplex - with Direct Beach Access

Oceanfront Duplex, 1st floor, located at 5101 Long Beach Blvd. (corner of Pershing Ave). This house is immaculate and is constantly updated with suggestions from renters . The unit has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and all the amenities of home plus an outdoor shower with dressing room and oceanfront decks with a table and chairs. The house has direct access to the beach and includes seasonal beach badges. It is located one block from the local deli, park, tennis court and bay for fishing.


2026 Rates for July and August are $4,650/week . Discounted rates available for weeks or weekends in May, June, September and October; please inquire for these special rates.

Amazing Property

This is a great place for a family vacation. Everything was exactly as described. The location was only steps from the beach. The whole family had a great time. We will definitely be staying here again.

Best beach vacation

Amazing vacation. Right on the ocean. Fishing was great. Everyone had a great time. Not one bad day, and there was plenty to do on the island for the kids.

Oue Home Away from Home!

We have vacationed here every year since it was built. It is beautifully finished, is always immaculate and it's in the perfect location. It has come to feel like 'our' beach house!

Terrific spot

Holgate is our favorite beach on LBI and it is so wonderful to have a spot that is comfortable for everyone of any age. We enjoyed everything about this spot; the location and the duplex was a hit with us all. Everything was organized and very well equipped. The owner was always very receptive to my questions and communicated quickly.

October in LBI - Heaven on Earth!

Rented this property for a girls trip/college reunion for 4 friends. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. The house was spotless and comfortable. The location cannot be beat right ON the beach. Communication with Mark was instant and a pleasure. And we lucked out with some incredible Indian Summer weather for our October getaway weekend. So very happy to have found this property. Will be back, for sure!

Slice of oceanfront heaven in South LBI

We stayed in the lower half of this duplex. Clean, comfortable, everything as advertised. In Sept, this location is quiet and private. The host, Mark, spoke to us the day of check-in, and then left us alone. We didn't need anything during the week, and Mark didn't bother us. Can't say enough good things.

Good afternoon, Mark, We want to thank you for an absolutely incredible stay! Everything was wonderful, the experience completely inspirational. The setting, perfection. Perfect spot for our family vacation

The house was clean and accessible. The kitchen had everything we needed (and we’ve had times where that’s not been the case). There was a good supply of pots and pans and baking dishes. The deck was great, perfect for every meal! The beach front location was prime. Though the dunes are tall, you can see and hear the ocean from the decks! We’ve come to love the Holgate location too, having vacationed on the northern end for years, we love this spot because it’s quiet but so close to all the stuff Beach Haven has to offer. Great house, great location. We had a fantastic time.

5 Star Holgate LBI Oceanfront Duplex

We loved this place during our off-season stay in early October. Mark is a gracious host and his home is the best of the best. Newer construction, high end appliances, all kitchenware and amenities. We were lucky enough to get the 2nd floor with panoramic views of the Jersey Shore. Directly bordering beach access, you are literally steps from the sand and dunes. We are already talking about next year. Thank you again Mark for sharing your fabulous beachfront home with us!

Relax for the weekend!

The property was as described, the setting was perfect! Close to everything, but far enough away to relax and hear the ocean waves and nothing else. Very clean. My only complaint was after a LONG ride in, I was anxious to use the bathroom to find not one piece of toilet paper. I know I had to bring all of my own supplies, but I would expect a residual roll..... Other than that (which is a MINOR complaint at best), it was a fabulous rental and would definately reccomend it.

Caren - Thank you for your feedback and I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I will speak with our property manager as the bathrooms are suppose to have a fresh roll of toilet paper as well as the vanity is suppose to have spares.

wonderful

What a wonderful experience we had at this house. From my first contact with the owners to the day we left. The house was well equiped and had everything we needed. It was well maintained and everything was in excellent working order. The owner was very quick to respond to all of my questions leading up to our vacation. The view was great and being right on the beach the kids could run back and forth for snacks and drinks! We did contact the owner after the second night because of a very uncomfortable master bedroom mattress and he responded within a few short hours and actually purchased a new box spring and mattress and had it delivered within 48 hours!! We would definetly recommend this house to anyone.

Absolute Paradise!

My wife and I like to vacation on LBI each year, and this was our first time doing so in Holgate. I can honestly say we hope it will not be our last, and are already looking into the possibility of renting this place next year. This home is perfect in every way. We rented the first floor unit. Upon entering, the open floor plan and cleanliness really stood out. While it was just the (2) of us, this house could have easily accommodated a family of 6-8. We spent our days on the beach, which was literally only steps away. Our evenings were spent on the porch enjoying the ocean air. We even made new friends with Chris and Jane who stayed on the 2nd floor. Lastly, the term "worry free" could not be more true as checking in and out were very simple. We had great communication from Mark who provided everything we needed. While we didn't need to reach out to him for anything, it was very clear that he was available if needed.

An excellent spot on the water at LBI

Very clean, well maintained property - our family of 4 including 2 kids (ages 9, 15) had a wonderful stay. The property owner was very easy to work with and very responsive. The house is located at an excellent spot on the water with very easy beach and bay access. Strongly recommended

Perfection

Both my wife and I agreed this was the first vacation we’ve taken where we genuinely did not want to leave at the end of the stay. Despite growing up in the area and frequenting LBI every summer, this was the first time we spent an extended amount of time in Holgate. We couldn’t have been happier with the location and the property. The beach was extremely quiet yet you were close enough to fantasy island and bay village where it wasn’t an inconvenience to pack the kids in the car and head up there. The owner Mark was extremely responsive and answered every single one of our questions heading up to our stay. We will definitely be heading back for future visits.

Great Stay on the Beach

We had a great weekend stay. The property is on the beach — convenient for the day and great for listening to the waves at night. Parking was easy and the house was clean. The one thing we would have loved to know in advanced was that house staples, like hand soap, laundry detergent, etc. were not provided.
