The ultimate Summit County retreat begins at this spacious 2-bedroom plus loft, 2 full bathroom vacation rental condo located in Tarn Landing in the heart of Frisco, Colorado! This large, 2nd floor condo offers 1,283 square feet of spacious mountain living and amazing views of Buffalo Mountain and Peak One right off the private back deck! Grill up some food on the deck, and enjoy your favorite TV shows or sports team on the 65” 4K Ultra High Definition TV in the living room. Whip up some of your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Warm your toes after a day of skiing and riding by the gas fireplace, or take a soak in the community hot tub. Keurig-coffee pot



Main Level (2nd floor entry): Master King Bedroom with Master Bath. 1 bath with washer and dryer, Living room with NEW sleeper sofa and loveseat, Dining Area with seating for 6, Kitchen with bar top and 3 stools.

This condo is located just off of Interstate 70, giving you convenient access to all of what Summit County has to offer. It is close to world class ski resorts such as Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Vail. Lake Dillon is a short walk away and boasts many summertime activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, fishing, and much more! Take a walk through the nature preserve to the Frisco Bay Marina or main street where you can find all sorts of restaurants, bars, shops, and more! This property is steps away from the free bus route that you can also take to the main street shops. Not a skier or rider? Not a problem! Check out the Frisco adventure park that offers a tubing hill in the winter, or enjoy the bike park, skatepark, and disc golf course in the summer!

Absolutely will be renting this place out again, Frisco is amazing and super close to all the major mountains. Great and cozy place to come hangout after skiing

Christmas Wonderland

Beautiful space, location great and convenient for stocking up on supplies. We love Frisco and this home made it a comfortable vacation.

Family friendly condo near everything

Condo located in a great location with great parking and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had various things for cooking dinners at home, the washer and dryer works well in the Jacuzzi was a plus. About a two minute drive into downtown Frisco and 20 minutes to the ski lift in Breckenridge. Would stay here again.

A home away from home, well equipped with everything you need.

Really enjoyed our stay here. After traveling 31 hours we arrived to a comfy bed and then to wake up to a really well equipped kitchen with a coffee machine was awesome! Everything was clean and tidy, and we’ll equipped with everything we needed - a fantastic home, would definitely stay again . Only suggestion would be to provide a little more detailed information/instructions on a few things in the home such as humidifiers, TV operations & surrounding facilities like shuttle bus stops/times locations etc.

Great time!

We had a wonderful time this past weekend. Everything was very easy and clean. However, there was little to no communication on where the hot tub was/is located so a couple friends just walked around the complex until they found the building. I would suggest adding something in!

Great Stay

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, close to Frisco rental. The beds and linens are extremely comfortable and we made many meals in the kitchen. We ere there in July and the view from the patio is in front of mountains, but the view was 85% obscured by the fully leaved trees. That said, the patio was out favorite place and felt private though near a road with Wendy's drive through across the street. Fast communication with the property manager and every comfort of home. Highly recommend.

Convenient and very well-appointed

Great location. Everything that was needed was right there… grocery, Walmart, ski rentals, food, etc. 15 min to both Keystone and Breckinridge. So well appointed and very clean. Fully equipped kitchen with top notch appliances and pots/dishes . Plentiful disposables, paper supplies and coffee. Great dining table for family meals and games. Ample space in walk-in area for ski equipment. Quick response from management company even after hours, and quick replacement of non-working coffee maker. Would definitely stay again and would recommemd.

So cute and convenient

First the communication with PMI, who manages the property, is top notch. They are quick to respond and help make requests possible. We stayed during Christmas, and they helped arrange a Christmas tree. When we needed some extra linens on Christmas Day, PMI had them delivered. Awesome service! Check in and out were super easy. Now the townhouse is super cute and conveniently located in Frisco. Our 2 teens slept in the loft with their own beds and the main bedroom king bed was comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathrooms were spacious and the washer/dryer is located in one of them. It was used every day with no issues. The electric fireplace put out a lot of heat. It was big enough for us to spread out, but small enough for us to be cozy. Frisco is a great town, with local shops and restaurants. A Safeway, Whole Foods, and Walmart are literally across the street. Downtown Frisco is within running distance, plenty of trails and sidewalks. Definitely a repeat!

Enjoyable Condo

Excellent location for access to grocery store, ski rental, Frisco and Breckenridge restaurants, and Vail, Breckenridge and A-Basin ski areas. Quiet, clean, comfortable condo, although a little smaller than expected, especially the kitchen if 3 adults are trying to use it at the same time. But overall the condo was fine for 3 people and the 2 bathrooms were a plus. Free outdoor parking for 2 cars was great, and the hot tub was easily accessible and we had it to ourselves on 2 nights. We liked the small, private feel of Tarn Landing vs. being in a larger condo building or complex.

Best kept secret in Frisco

This property is perfect! Everything you need is right where you need it and it is so clean! The sheets on the bed are so luxurious it feels like such a fantastic vacation. It's close to downtown Frisco. It's super close to the fantastic walk run or bike around like Dillon. It was easy to launch our paddle boards and have a fantastic day of paddle boarding! We will be back for sure! It's a great place for all seasons. Close to many wonderful fall hikes, perfect location for getting to any ski resort, and fantastic in the summertime for using lake Dillon. I almost don't want to leave this review because I want to make sure we'll be able to book it again!

Great place. Bad communication.

Everything about the spot was as advertised. It’s a great property. Communication with the owner was bad. We were supposed to stay Monday - Friday, but Denver had a once in a decade blizzard the weekend before. I attempted to contact the owner numerous times through the app, by message and by phone to adjust the booking, not pursue a refund. Just figure something out since we could not travel Monday. Not a single response. Still haven’t heard anything back.

After reservations are confirmed, guests are instructed to contact PMI support team at Support@pmisummitcolorado.com or via phone at 970-368-3130 for assistance. We went and double checked and did not find any missed communication but do sincerely apologize if it was lost. Our team would have happily let you come in a day early free of charge to help get ahead of the storm. We did this for several other guests in our other properties. We feel bad that this occurred as we pride ourselves on prompt communication with our guests. Contact us when you plan to visit the county and we'll discount your next stay at this beautiful property, We hope you enjoyed all the fresh snow and hope to see you back again!

Easy for a quick stay!

Great location to pop in the highway to get to the slopes. Easy to get downtown. We could rent skis right across the street!
