251 Key West Court is a luxurious, three-story beachfront house directly on the white sandy beach!

This modern light-and-bright home features large tile and high ceilings that pair well with the stunning gulf views just feet from your door. It boasts three bedrooms, each with its own attached full bathroom, as well as one half-bath on the main floor. Beautifully updated kitchen and appliances and washer/dryer on the main floor. Master suite on the top-floor with premium amenities and walk-in closet. There is also an outdoor second-floor deck off the living room/kitchen, and extended top-floor deck off the master suite, with patio furniture and tables.

Large ground-level game room with additional full bathroom, another washer/dryer set, and direct access to the private patio with grill, etc. Also has elevator for easier access.

A heated pool is shared between only four homes within the Key West Court courtyard.

Centrally located near restaurants, shops and grocery stores, and literally just steps from the gulf!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect house in a great location. Kitchen and beach items all well stocked. House was spotless at check in. We had four adults and three children, all with plenty of space. Sunsets were spectacular from the top patio. There are a lot of stairs but the elevator is there if needed. Publix grocery just a few blocks down.

Family beach vacation - college graduation celebration

Wonderful property inside and out. The house was equipped with everything needed for a beach vacation — plenty of towels, beach chairs and umbrella. We enjoyed grilling out next to the pool and strolled out onto the beach anytime we wanted. We had the perfect family vacation!

This is a wonderful property. They have recovered from hurricane Ian in a short amount of time. This place is centrally located. On the beach with a pool. Works well for 3 couples.

Beach paradise

FMB is spectacular and this place gives you everything you need to enjoy it to the fullest. Mid beach location is perfect. When fully returned to prior glory this will be the place to visit

Great property and location!!

We had a great week moving our daughter into FGCU. Fort Myer Beach has a long way to go to recover but the people there are awesome. We will be back for sure to see the recovery and help financially by just coming to visit. Great spirit and very friendly community !!!

Beautiful home-we came right after the last hurricane so it wasn't as good as we hoped. The elevator worked and eventually was able to use the pool one day since the gulf wasn't safe to go in just yet.

This home was in a perfect location right on FMB. Steps to the water and the pool.

Easy rental process. Check out time is our only complaint. 8.am is way too early.

Beautiful clean property

The beach views are AMAZING. This newly renovated home is beautiful inside. Nice, high quality fixtures, countertops, showers and appliances. Tri Power was awesome. When we needed something we called and they would send over a knowledgeable, friendly person the same day. WONDERFUL service. We enjoyed the low key area of mid-island too. Great place to stay!

The house, property, and staff are all five star. Finishes and decor in the house are top notch and inside everything was immaculate. We appreciated all the effort the company put forth to get this property ready post hurricane, as the area is still recovering. Great location right on the beach..couldn’t ask for easier access.

This home has everything

The home itself is beautiful. Located 100 feet from the beach. Unfortunately Fort Myers beach has a great deal of reconstruction left to accomplish post hurricane Ian 1 year ago. For now, if you enjoy some peace and quiet in a top notch home and you do not mind driving some to get to untouched areas for entertainment, then you will love this place.

Amazing property!!!

From start to finish, the whole experience was truly enjoyable and so relaxing! Although FMB is still recovering and construction is ongoing, we were not bothered at all by noise or inconvenience. The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. Bikes, umbrella and chairs, buckets, shovels for the kids, games, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels!! Washer and dryer worked great! Lastly, the elevator so helpful and convenient! Will definitely stay again!!

Family Vacation

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the rental agency! This home looks exactly in person as it does online! Beautiful, clean, everything you need, home away from home! Communication from Tri Power was 100% reliable. The location was perfect for our young family and kiddos that get tired being out in the sun and sand, literally right on the beach. I truly cannot say enough good things about this property. We will be back!! Thank you for making our vacation perfect ❤

Perfection!

This house is extremely nice!! The master bedroom is absolutely gorgeous and the two others rooms are very spacious…..there is plenty of room! Our favorite part of the house was the garage area that opens up to a grill and the pool/beach…..you can sit outside and basically be right on the beach. The only thing that we did not like about the property was that everything around it was damaged and not up and running due to the hurricane….there is still a lot of re-building to do around the area….one plus about this is that you pretty much have the entire beach to yourself! This place is so nice and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Beautiful home, incredible views

Home was beautiful with incredible views. The upstairs patio deck was amazing to watch the sunsets. The downstairs shower was perfect to wash off kiddos after returning from the beach. Both upstairs and downstairs laundry. A whole room of beach gear and toys was much appreciated! There was a group of dolphins that we saw regularly - they swam so close to the shore that we were quite literally swimming with them. The surrounding area is still recovering from the Hurricane and there is ongoing construction all over, including at the large condo next door. It only woke us one morning, otherwise we didn't notice it much. The nightly traffic to get to local dinner spots was quite bad Thurs-Sat. Those are very small grievances with an overall 10/10 experience though, great for our young family. The vacation company also allowed us early check-in and late check-out, which was incredibly helpful with little ones.

Wonderful beach get away

The home is newly remodeled and in excellent condition. The views, patios, access to the beach are all top notch. Well equipped kitchen, excepting for pantry basics. The included plentiful beach gear made it so easy to enjoy the beach. The pool provided another fun option for the kids. The island is still very much in recovery, but the nearby Publix and couple of restaurants was convenient. There is construction everywhere, but for our week we didn't find the noise to be a problem. It is hard to move about the island in cars due to traffic, best to use included bikes and stay on island unless you plan for mornings or later evenings when driving. We rented kayaks and SUPs delivery from Kayak Excursions and would recommend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was okay, not great. The beach areas are depressing to see. The area is going to take years to recover. Broken glass in a patio door. 2x4's blocking the main view to the beach and gulf. Funky red lighting under the kitchen cabinets. Not at all up to the standard for this price per night.

They have beach chairs and umbrellas, toys and a cooler. I left a new tent behind for the future guess to use.We did have only one issue and that was the elevator. It did not work the entire trip. This was an issue for my husband. He had major foot surgery in January and every step he takes gives him a lot of pain. (Walking or climbing stairs). If we were notified before hand he would have probably stayed home.Although this was an issue we would definitely stay here again when we return to fort myers. This house is definitely rated 10 or above even with the elevator issue. What you see in the pictures on the website is true. It is a beautiful home with a wonderful view of the oceanThank you for allowing us to stay at your home.We appreciate it.Cindy

One of our best vacations ever

This house is amazing. It's modern, clean and has everything your family needs for a great beach vacation. The location is perfect - not only is it right on the beach, it's mid-island, which is the best spot only beach side, but street-side for access to stores and restaurants. No matter where you are in the house you always have a great view of the beach. Especially the 3rd floor deck off of the master bedroom - my wife and I felt like royalty up there! We loved having the BBQ grill and the kitchen had any equipment we needed for cooking. There's an elevator, so getting our luggage up and down was a breeze. We also loved having the pool just steps from the patio, and it was heated. We had one issue where the 2nd floor furnace wasn't working, but the owner and property manager had it fixed the very next day, which was appreciated since we had a couple cold evenings. Great location, very modern and clean beach home. We will definitely go back!

The home is beautiful but not responsiveness to issues

The house and views were beautiful—clean, updated, and perfectly located mid-beach. The master bedroom was stunning, with a private deck perfect for sunsets. We loved the garage space, stocked with beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas, floats), and just steps from the beach. It opened to a patio with a grill and shower, ideal for rinsing off after the beach. Having two washers/dryers (upstairs and down) was a huge plus. We saw dolphins regularly, as others mentioned. The area is still recovering from the hurricane, with ongoing construction on both sides, which may lead to future beach crowding.The home had plenty of quality towels and a well-stocked kitchen. The extra half-bath on the main floor was convenient, and the elevator was appreciated for the steep stairs. The shared pool is small but worked fine during our stay. No traffic issues and no wait for dinner for our party of 7.Unfortunately, we can't give 5 stars due to poor responsiveness to issues. We went 48 hours without AC on the top floor (86 degrees), which disrupted our stay. The dishwasher only had a temporary fix, the handrail and a blind broke, and none were repaired during our visit. We spent too much vacation time contacting the rental company, flipping breakers, and meeting repairmen. Post-stay, we received no reply to our requests for reimbursement. The home is beautiful but service needs major improvement.
The garage which isn't mentioned in the listing! All your beach stuff, drying rack, and bathroom!

Two houses for the baseball trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good, nice location, a few tiny issues but resolved. AC was probably set too low at 85 degrees when we got there then caused high condensation in drain that caused system to shut off. Had to be drained and flushed. So about 6 hours with no AC. Pool was nasty for 4 days but then cleaned and nice. Fridge in 261 is horrible fyi, although it is smart, it does not cool and freeze properly. FYI it was painful to deal with soupy ice cream, etc. everyone in the house even the kids thought it was silly. Never buy one of those angain fyi, just need one to freeze and cool. House was nice, rooms were nice, so we had a good time. Location on ocean very nice.

Family Florida Vacation

The house and views were beautiful! It was beautifully updated and very clean. All linens and towels were provided and beds were very comfortable. Really appreciated having 2 washer and dryers! Also having a shower on the bottom level was a bonus for coming in from the beach and cleaning up. We enjoyed the 4 bikes that were provided for quick trips around the neighborhood hood and groceries. Would have really loved some stand up paddle boards since the ocean is very flat and calm on the gulf. It really is a beautiful property and the only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is the fact that the elevator did not work our entire visit. We were called Sunday, our first full day there and were told someone would come before five o’clock to fix it, so we made sure to stick close and be available. No one ever showed up! The owners never did contact us to see if it had been fixed, so Rather than waste another day of our vacation for someone to maybe show up we decided to just endure the 3 flights of stairs and not pursue getting it fixed. It would have really been appreciated for suitcases and groceries, but got our stair step exercises instead. I would suggest getting a confirmation of a working elevator or compensation for it being out of order as it is a 3 level property.
