Welcome to Cruzian Haven. A family-friendly retreat in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. This condo offers a cozy atmosphere, perfect for making memories. Located in a safe community, it features spacious living areas and comfortable accommodations. Enjoy stunning views while sipping your morning coffee, and take advantage of nearby activities, including beaches and local attractions. With amenities for comfort and convenience, this condo is an ideal getaway for families seeking a peaceful escape in a tropical setting.

Sargassum Disclaimer:
Please note that seasonal Sargassum seaweed may be present along the shoreline during your stay. This is a natural occurrence across many Caribbean islands and is completely outside of our control. While the beach is regularly maintained, we cannot guarantee clear water or a seaweed-free experience at all times.

Refunds will not be issued due to Sargassum conditions.
By booking, you acknowledge this possibility and understand that beach conditions vary seasonally. Please do not place any scented products, air fresheners, or foreign substances down drains or toilets.
These can cause plumbing issues and damage. Misuse may result in additional charges for repair.

A note about island life:
While we treat regularly for pests and the unit is professionally cleaned before each stay, we are located on a tropical island where occasional sightings (like ants or roaches) can happen. It’s not a reflection of cleanliness—just nature doing what it does. Please don’t be alarmed—we respond quickly if anything needs attention during your stay.

-As with any Caribbean destination, occasional utility outages (power, water, or internet) can occur due to weather, equipment issues, or island infrastructure. These are outside of our control and are typically restored as quickly as possible by the local utility providers. We monitor any outages closely, report them when needed, and keep guests updated throughout the process. We appreciate your understanding as you experience the unique charm of island life.

My family and I travelled from the UK to STX to visit family and we must say that this has been the best experience we’ve ever had with accommodation! Check in was easy, host communication was fantastic, the property was beautiful, clean and had all that you could need, and the location is amazing! I’d highly recommend visiting the beaches: Rainbow and Shoys beachDefinitely booking here again!!!

We spent 9 nights at this place and honestly we didn't want to leave. This Condo is beautiful decorated and tge special touches throughout the home were so nice...Just bring your family and clothes...they got you. Definitely looking forward to our trip back.

Our host was very welcoming. My family and I had a wonderful, fun time in the beautiful condo. The condo was clean and we especially enjoyed dining on the porch, the view was awesome . Wonderful stay at STX! If you are planning a trip to the island, I highly recommend this condo! From the very first moment of contact, the host was very attentive, answering every question I had. Check in process was easy, condo was beautiful with very comfortable beds! Plenty of room and every utensil you could think of in the kitchen. Plenty of beach towels, a cooler, snorkeling equipment, chairs, etc. All you would need for a wonderful and relaxing beach day! After all, isn't that why we all go to the Caribbean? We felt secure in the gated complex, and steps from the pool and private beach access. Book it, you wont regret it! Thank you again for sharing your little slice of paradise with our family. We will be back!

Very nice property. One of the bedrooms/bathroom is a master suite with a king bed. The only door encompasses the bedroom and bathroom and there is no door enclosing this toilet. The room with the bunk beds is not crowded as 4 adults were in there just fine. The 6 of us had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!
