Great location. The entry lock was a bear to use. Can't tell you how many times it took to get it to work each time. The push buttons are worn out. And way too many code numbers!!!! My hrother in law rented a house down the street. He had a 4 digit while ours was a 10 digit!!!! We could not get in the lockbox for key as the code number was transposed. PM was very helpful. One other issue was the coffee maker was only 4 cups. I suggest replacing w larger and/or a Keurig No place to hang towels. Need a couple of hooks in the bathroom. Overall, I recommend this unit with a bit of tweaking. After traveling all day, the last thing you want to deal with is fighting with an entry lock.

We were in for the weekend and this was a great place to stay. Very comfortable and we really liked the shower head and water pressure. Seems like a crazy thing to rate but important to us. I will definitely go back!

Perfect Beach Getaway for Two

This compact getaway can hold 4 people, but is especially nice for two. Spacious great room/kitchen met all our needs and the high ceiling with king sized bed in the bedroom was extra accommodating. Parking is tight but adequate. Landscaping was lush and tastefully done. Will return again in the future. No beach equipment furnished.

Walkable condo that just needs a bit more love

Condo was alright - within walking distance from the piers and the beach. 10 min walk to the main beach area, restaurants, etc. The apartment itself was clean, but right on the corner of the motel entrance and next to the main lobby room. The walls were fairly thin and we heard the neighbors banging on the wall each night. The floor in the bathroom was caving in - we kept thinking we were going to fall through. The pillows were hard and way too big, I left with a stiff neck and had a hard time getting comfortable. Sheet and quilt was thin - felt like it was missing a comforter. Would have been nice if they also had stocked the place with extra blankets, coffee grounds and filters, or anything that makes it feel like a home vs a company who put just enough things in it to make it okay. Overall, the stay was fine for the price we paid, but next time, I think Iā€™d pay just a bit more to be a bit more comfortable! Community seemed fine and it was in a safe area

Overall I enjoyed my stay, but there were too many issues to give this place 4 or 5 stars. Let me start with the good: Great location - very short walk to the beach, some shops, a Pier, and the best restaurant in the area. Very clean. Quiet. Now the bad: The place reeked of bleach. A weak smell wouldn't bother me, but this smell persisted throughout the entire week of my stay, even after opening windows and trying to air it out. On that note - the majority of the windows were broken, and would not open, or would not stay open. There was what amounts to a sinkhole under the bathroom floor, that the hotel was aware of, and came to take a look during my stay. This should have been done before or after my stay, not during. The wifi frankly sucks. Speeds are limited to 10mbps for each device, which was causing big issues streaming even 1080p video. Tmobile cell reception sucks - this is not their fault, so no points taken off, but worth mentioning. The worst part for me - they closed the pool for remodeling the 2nd day of my stay. They did refund me a small amount - but if they knew they were remodeling, they should have communicated during the booking process. I partly chose this place because of the pool, and them closing it felt dishonest. Overall I wouldn't stay here again due to all of the issues I experienced.
