The perfect lakeside get away

This property has two conforming bedrooms plus a finished loft as a third bedroom space with one bathroom. It will sleep 8 people with one queen sized bed in the Master bedroom, a full size bed in the second bedroom, 2 daybeds with pull out trundle beds, and a leather futon in the loft. There is also a full sized pull out bed in the living room couch. The house sits on a one acre wooded lot with a private dock and swim platform with 200 ft of lakefront shoreline. The home has been newly renovated and we have provided some fun outdoor amenities like a peddle boat, fishing poles and lures, life jackets, swimming off our private dock, hammocks and firepit all for our guests to use. Please note there are two outdoor cameras that are always on. One is facing the upper driveway and the other is facing the dock. They are only used for safety purposes.
We do have designated trailer parking just down the road so please reach out to the host for instructions if you plan to tow a trailer.

Well stocked comfortable stay

The house was clean, well stocked, and plenty of room for our family of 7. We were a bit worried initially about the driveway in our van but it worked out.

Celebration Weekend

The property was exactly as described.Very clean and modern. The house was very inviting and the dock was perfect for fishing. The weather didn't cooperate, rainy and overcast, but we still enjoyed our stay.

House on the lake

Quick LOTO weekend

We visited the area to go to LOTO off-road park. Brian & Karie were very accommodating and had a place for us to park our trailer with our ATVs. Their home was spotless and as described in the listing. Beautiful access to the lake, convenient to local restaurants and attractions. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great house!

This was our first trip to Ozark and we couldn’t be happier. We love the house and it’s location. Place is very clean, very well equipped and charming! The owners are very responsive and informative! We recommend this and will definitely like to come back in a near future!

get away from the city

long weekend with my adult children, it was quiet, relaxing and serene. The cabin was clean, and the beds comfy, the dock is a lovely place to sit on the hanging swing looking out at the water,or throw out a line, and the fire pit is ideal for roasting marshmallows! Truly a fun weekend.

Nice place, perilious parking

The accomidations are great. Clean, well layed, bed are comfortable. Parking is a challenge. The roads are treacherous, gravel and incredibly steep. SUV and trucks are the only thing i would recomend driving to property.

Great quiet family vacation

The sparks by the lake is a great gem located on a quiet cove. Perfect for the kids to swim without a lot of boat traffic. Brian and Karie really have gone above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Nice furniture, fun touches like giant connect four, the lily pad (our personal fave of the trip) and extra lake toys, fishing poles etc. The property is quite steep, which is the only notable item if considering booking. But for our crew, it was manageable! We hope to return next summer!

Wonderful Getaway!

This was my family's first time at LOTO. We will definitely be returning! I grew up boating every weekend as a child, but at a much smaller lake. LOTO is huge, and busy. What made this home so great was it is situated on a "quiet" part of the lake. Yet you were near attractions, so it was the best of both worlds. The house, while it looks small in the pictures, is actually so well organized it was a very comfortable stay for my family of four. The home was clean, it had everything we needed and even things we forgot to pack. The property manager was very quick to respond, and we had no problems at all staying there. As nice as the home was, the property itself is where this listing shines. It is on an acre surrounded by trees, making it very private. My sons are 14 and 10, but this home would have been great even for younger children. Plenty of yard to explore. The dock was huge and comfortably held our stand-up paddleboards, the boat we rented (and had delivered to the dock), and all our gear. The home is nestled in a small cove. In the mornings we could paddleboard out to the larger lake and explore. In the evenings we could boat to eateries located on the lake only a few minutes away. And when the lake was busy, we could boat a few minutes north to a great cove perfect for swimming. If we did not feel like going anywhere, we could fish or swim right off the dock. And at night we enjoyed sitting around the firepit. I cannot say enough good things about our stay.

Nice for a family of 6

Other than the driveway, which thank goodness fo rmy husband I don't think I could have navigated without him (we have an XL Yukon with a mini trailer on it, driveway steep and not intended for a vehicle like this) the stay was great! The house itself was beautiful and comfortable, clean, wonderful stay! Even though it was a tiny bit small for 6 of us we would stay again; beds were comfortable, TV worked and was easy to figure out, can't say enough good things. Lastly, eat at the places suggested by the hosts, they were good, everywhere else we went we liked less.

Everything for a great lake stay!

Ample sleeping areas, nice deck, lake toys, firepit w/wood, fishing, two grills, nice kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable furniture. Had a great stay in this quiet cove close to eatery and fun spots. Great communication, Great Price, Great Place. THANKS! Will stay there again.

At home away from home

Our family enjoyed staying at this place! The house was very clean and well stocked with anything you would need. Property location provides privacy, yet is so close to everything. We truly enjoyed sunbathing on the deck, the paddle boat rides, the deck swing, and so much more! Beautiful, relaxing place… Property owner’s communication was excellent! Thank you so very much! We surely be coming again!!!

Private and clean getaway

My family was so pleased with this home. Very clean home with all of the essentials you need. My kids loved the peddle boat and hammock. Added bonus: my teenage son was excited to find a PS4 in the loft. Beautiful dock with awesome view. Property owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

Turned lemons into lemonade!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here even though it rained off and on everyday! The property is newly refurbished and cozy. Pretty much everything you could need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. It is on a very steep hill, which surprised me but we adjusted. Due to the rain, it made it slippery going up and down the hill from the cabin to the dock. Watch out for the wooden planks by the stairs, they are slippery when wet! We brought our own kayaks plus there was a peddle boat. Even during the rain, we went out on the water! The dock is right off the lake but in a very quiet cove. There's a fireplace, about halfway down, with chairs all set up to enjoy a fire and smores...we brought the ingredients but unfortunately the rain kept us from making the fire! We grilled several times on the provided gas grill! Kitchen is fully equipped with pretty much everything needed except condiments. There was ketchup but anything else would need to be brought. Great deck set up with lots of chairs. Dog friendly, which was awesome. We found out our little guy was a water lover and fisherman! Rented a pontoon, for a day, at Coconuts which is only 5 minutes away by car AND boat! :) several nearby restaurants on the water. Our son in law caught a fish with the provided fishing poles. Even cooked it up and ate it...not my thing but he was thrilled! 😀 Beds were not all that comfortable but its hard to accommodate everyone's likes when it comes to beds. Parking is a bit tricky. We weren't quite prepared for that so try to make sure you come during daylight so you can see where to park. Overall it was a great get away and we loved it! Thank you!!!

We are lake people. We have owned a boat and vacationed at others rental homes for the past 22 years. We finally decided it was a good time to invest in our own. We took our years of experience as vacation renters and tried to put all the comforts and amenities into this house that we have always enjoyed as vacationers in hopes of giving our guests a great experience. Our dogs are a part of our family too and we wanted a place where they were invited to come along!

We love the privacy this home offers in the middle of woods at the back of a cove. The private dock is my favorite place to be. This house offers both the opportunity for a quiet trip with nature as well as being close to so many popular local attractions like Coconuts, Jacobs Cave, the new race track, Maggie's on the lake and a convenient public boat ramp right down the road.
