Luxury new construction home located in North Beach. 4 bedrooms all have private en suite baths. Large family room opens to custom gourmet kitchen featuring oversized island, stainless appliances, walk in pantry, large laundry room and more. Breakaway doors lead out to private pool. Seating areas offer outdoor kitchen and mature landscaping for maximum privacy. North Beach resort offers 2.5 acres of complimentary pools, lazy river, swim up bar, games, pool towels, golf cart shuttle service, restaurants, gym and spa.

Note: We do have 3 exterior surveillance cameras (front and back patio/pool area) and a ring door bell for your safety and security, and ours.

We loved this property! Better than the photos online. Mark was so organized with his detailed information that every question was answered in advance. He was also just a text message away for anything that came up during our stay. The pool with the house was an added bonus for the kids. The walk to the community pools and beach were an easy 5 minute walk for all. I would highly recommend this property and would hope to return again in the future.

Wonderful home for a family vacation

Our family had a very enjoyable week staying in this vacation home. It was beautifully furnished and it was just as described on the listing. The grill was very nice and cooking on it was a treat. Mark kept us up to date with check-in and it was easy. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely wonderful!

The house was very clean, quiet and well stocked. With a short walk along the quiet road, you have access to the resort that is included in your stay. The resort is very clean and quiet with friendly staff and several pools/hot tubs to enjoy. Mark was great to work with and would respond promptly to any questions or concerns. We have stayed in Myrtle Beach for the past seven years, and this year by far has been the best. We are already looking forward to next year.

The BEST

This home is incredibly beautiful and located in a very peaceful, but centrally located, community in NMB. Our grands loved riding their scooters, and it was a short walk to the pools and beach. The owner, Mark, communicated with us both timely and professionally. He was great to deal with and even got us in a bit early for checkin. We are most of our meals in, and we’re able to make everything from pancakes to grilled fajitas and guac. Bedrooms were beautifully appointed and the beds were comfortable. Lots of room in the living room for our grands to play. Having the laundry room on the first floor, and full access to the garage, were big pluses. Stay here! You will be so glad you did!

Fantastic house, best home we have ever rented!!

The property is absolutely beautiful, we were all so pleased with the home and truly enjoyed our stay. The house is decorated beautifully and we could not have been happier. The kids really, really, really enjoyed the pool!! This is the perfect vacation rental, I would highly recommend staying here. Top notch and Mark was great to work with. Book this house!!!

Outstanding Property

The decor, location, house layout, amenities, and attention to detail of this home were outstanding! The private pool was spacious enough for our family gatherings and the multiple pools available to us through the resort were a short walking distance as was the public beach access. I would rate this property as a luxury rental!

3 Generations - 50th Anniversary Celebration

My wife and I our, adult kids, a spouse, and grandkids got together at this fantastic house for a week. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the house was even nicer in person than the pictures depicted. We had plenty of room and the young grandkids LOVED the pool. In addition, you have access to the pools at the resort and the beach, all within easy walking distance - the 4 year old and the 73 year old (me) both easily walked from the house, through the pool area to the beach, waded a few minutes, and walked back. The house had everything we needed and plenty of seating, both indoors and outdoors. This is the best equipped and laid out house I have ever rented for a larger group. I would definitely stay here again.

Our best visit to North Beach Towers yet!

We have stayed in the condos several times as well as in the private houses. This has, by far, been our best experience. Check-in was a breeze. The home was exactly like advertised. The bed, furnishings and linens were comfortable. Compared to other places, the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The management was extremely responsive and hospitable. It was a very short walk to the pool area/beach and even young ones are fine with the walk, although, you can also drive and park in the towers if that suits you. We did not have a single issue and would highly recommend staying here!

Fun and Relaxation

Mark was outstanding during the months leading up to our arrival, with his timely and thorough communications! Mark’s check-in process was fantastic and helpful! The house was excellent. It was very clean, and breathtaking. We all loved the decor, and a very comfortable and welcoming house!! Mark was very prompt with answers to our questions l. Awesome Stay

My family enjoyed this home! Mark was awesome he was very accommodating from beginning to end. The house was well kept and very clean. If I could give this home more than 5 stars I would. We're definitely coming back to this home next year.

My husband, Mark and I work hard and play hard. We love to travel and spend time w/ our families. This is the perfect house for family time. Watching our (older) kids/teens sit around the kitchen table laughing, gaming, talking is what life is all about! This home allows for togetherness but large enough for everyone to spread out as well. LOVE LOVE LOVE the beach access, nearby restaurants & shopping. Super convenient to everything!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Designer decorated, the open floor plan of the main level was the most attractive part of the home to us. The large open kitchen w/ oversized island lends itself to having several people in the kitchen at the same time. The covered patio is an extension of the living area & the break away doors is like a wall that opens up to the covered patio and our private pool. Perfect for entertaining and large families or groups.
