Our 1st floor condominium overlooks the 2 pools, one of which is heated to 80 Degrees in the winter. The condo is decorated and furnished with many extras to provide a tropical, relaxing vacation for a couple or family. The Summerhouse location is directly on the Gulf of Mexico at 6505 Thomas Drive. The new Panama City Beach Airport called 'Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport' is now open with service from several major airlines.

Besides the Gulf of Mexico, Panama City Beach has much more to offer our visitors. Our ever-expanding entertainment and shopping center, PIER PARK. We also have two 1500 foot long fishing piers, St Andrews State Park, a great place to snorkel. You will be able to spot the very delicate Seahorse 'please do not handle', Sea Urchins, Shrimp and many other sea creatures hanging out on the lush grass bottoms of St Andrews Bay.

Resort is Smoke and Vap free, balconies and pool too. There is a designated smoking place the front desk can point out.
Last Thursday of the month is Pest Control Treatment Day.
A/C Thermostat is fixed to not go below 70 degrees and no higher than 75 degrees. Guest can change between those temps.
Luggage carts are NOT allowed in the condo.
