Hi Brad, We are so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at our lovely tropical home in Troncones. As fully disclosed in the description of the bungalows "These beautiful and high-end beachfront bungalows are perfectly situated in the heart of Troncones. Walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, and bars." We are located in the heart "downtown" Troncones. Walking distance to bars!!! These nearby restaurants and bars have the freedom to host events as they chose. We have no control over a local quinceañera celebration - which was your case. Yes, you are right. Originally we were supposed to rip and replace some of the floor tiles that had been broken by a previous tenant. It was a supposed to be a relatively easy job. Unfortunately, residential construction is not always that simple. The new matching tile that we bought happened to be 1/16th of an inch thicker than the existing. So we did the right thing and grind it out some extra concrete in order to perfectly place the new tile. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience that this work caused. I'm not even going to comment regarding the "insulation" remark; as our compound is made up of bricks, rebar, and multiple layers of concrete. The beds are subjective; some people like firm beds, some people appreciate soft beds. My wife and I chose to go the firm route... We wish you well in your travels moving forward. For future guests; Troncones was a tropical Mexican jungle 30 years ago. And even though there has been some significant development over the last 3 decades - Troncones is very much a Tropical jungle, with local customs and culture - such as a Quinceañera celebration. Be mindful that there is a high chance of immersing yourself into the local folklore of our colorful beach community.
