The Condo

Our private slice of heaven is located on the 11th floor, offering breathtaking panoramic ocean views. Upon opening the upgraded privacy door, floor-to-ceiling beachfront windows instantly make you feel on top of the world.

Following construction, the condo was fully renovated to deliver a refined and comfortable stay. The open-concept kitchen features a massive granite countertop and bar that connects seamlessly with the living area and ocean views—making even meal preparation a pleasure. High above the shoreline, the sound of the waves is soothing enough to lull you to sleep, without being overwhelming. With exposure exclusively to the beach and ocean, you’ll enjoy fresh sea breezes and complete tranquility—no traffic or nightlife noise.

Located at the north end of Ixtapa near the marina, everything you need is just minutes away: excellent restaurants, boutique shopping, a 6-mile scenic bike path, and two world-class golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and Robert von Hagge—all alongside Ixtapa’s beautiful beaches.

Important Notice

By order of the BVG Marina Board of Directors, each guest is required to pay a $20 USD bracelet fee upon arrival. This fee is not included in the rental price.

Beautiful ocean views. We enjoyed watching the whales right from our patio. Comfortable king size bed with crisp clean linens. Our host Norma was very attentive and helpful, she made our stay very special. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Very clean! Condo is exactly as shown in the posting. This was our fourth stay at BVG and we love the location. We’ve stayed in a different unit every time. Location is Very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of town. Lovely walk on the beach during the day and safe walk on the street at night. Or hop on the local transit for a few pesos. You can hail them at anytime and don’t need to wait at the bus stop. Ixtapa does not disappoint and neither does the BvG.

R & R in Ixtapa

We have friends that have stayed at the Bay View Grand Marina for years and it was finally our turn to check it out. What an AMAZING location, view, atmosphere and experience. From the day we arrived to the day we left, it was beyond our expectations. We felt safe, welcomed and will DEFINITELY make this a destination from now on! Our condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The host, Fernando, was so kind and gave us a tour right as we got to the hotel. We will stay there again for sure!

Amazing experience !

We would like to thank Mr Sotelo Fernando for the very warm welcome and the fact that he went out of his way to make us feel welcome. His condo is absolutely perfect re: the view, the amenities, the access to the amazing pool of the Grand Bay View Property and especially to the beach Muchisssima gracias Senor Sotelo ! We are coming back with no hesitation !

Wonderful Resort-like property

We stayed four nights here. It was a great facility with amazing pool, deck, and beach access right there. Also, a quick 15 minute walk down into Ixtapa centre or a few minutes ride on the regular busses. Fernando was attentive and available. We did have to buy water while there, but that was a small cost to pay or such a lovely place. Initially we also had some small hiccups getting into the complex, but I would say these are easily solved by texting the host when you land and letting them know you will be arriving in XX time. Fernando was responsive and helpful for sure!

AMAZING VIEW

This complex was located in a great location within walking distance to everything. The views were spectacular on our balcony facing the west with unforgettable sunsets. The only negative would be we had to get up at 4:30AM to be able to get chairs by the pool or beach. FYI in my opinion the best pool on the beach with it being an infinity pool. Unfortunately the complex doesn’t have enough chairs to accommodate all the guests not even half the guests. Besides that I def would rent this unit again.

Great spring break getaway

Took my daughters for a week in the Sun. They used the bedroom and I the couch. All of us were very comfortable and the place is very nice and modern. We had no problem using only windows and fan to keep cool. Air conditioning could cost extra depending on electricity. I give check in 4 out of 5 only because check in lady was condescending. I didn’t know we were to be charged $15 each as a usage fee (pink bracelet) to the room charge. Nothing against Manager as he was really nice and helpful.

Good Views

This is a clean condo with great views of the ocean - cool shade in morning and sunsets in the afternoon. The bedroom faces the street, and there is some street noise at night when windows are open. There is a limit on daily electrical usage that renters should be aware of. We ran the A/C the first evening for 6 hours (and no other appliances/lights) and were warned we were over our daily electrical usage limit and would have to pay extra if this level of usage continued. As this was an inconvenience that could have been avoided with a slightly higher daily rental fee, we've chosen to rent a different unit in the same complex for our next visit. The facility is a great place to relax.

Thanks Fernando! The condo was just as advertised! North tower afternoon sun and even sunsets! Definitely the right side of the building. Pool/restaurant was just the right pace. Nope it is not a party pool which was perfect! Located at the west end of Ixtapa by the marina. Perfect!! The walk on the beach in the am and before supper was what we wanted great Distance!! Can’t say enough my friend!
