We are genuinely pleased that you enjoyed the spectacular balcony views and that George's hospitality as our concierge staff made a positive impression. We will be sure to share your kind words with him. We are, however, disappointed that your stay did not meet your expectations. Throughout your visit, our team responded promptly to every concern you raised and worked hard to accommodate your requests. When you requested an additional blanket, we provided one as quickly as possible. While we do not stock fleece blankets specifically, we did provide an extra blanket from our available inventory. We would also like to clarify a few points for future guests. The property listing does not advertise a television in every bedroom and the primary bedroom is accurately represented in our photos and description. Additionally, we provide a standard supply of toiletries intended to last guests throughout their stay. During your stay, we replenished these supplies as needed and at no point were you required to purchase your own toiletries. Regarding the internet service, we acknowledge there were intermittent outages that affected the area during your stay. Unfortunately, these were beyond our control, but we worked with the service provider to restore service as quickly as possible whenever interruptions occurred. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we take any report of pests seriously. Had we been made aware of these concerns during your stay, we would have immediately arranged for inspection and treatment, as we do with any maintenance issue. We strive to provide every guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and while we're sorry we were unable to meet your expectations despite our efforts, we appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to improve. We normally ask that guest give us a call when they arrive so we can help with any questions they may have about the apartment.
