Wonderful Tropical Retreat at Maui Ka'anapali Villas with Some Ocean View

This condominium (Coconut 152) has a remodeled kitchen and bathroom. The whole unit is completely tiled. There is plenty of storage in both the kitchen & dressing area of the bathroom. A large refrigerator holds everything as well as having crushed ice & cold water in the door. The living and dining area has newly purchased furniture with new pics to come. A comfortable king-size bed as well as a queen size bed in the sofa sleep up to 4 persons. The dining area easily seats four. From the lanai you can see the ocean while enjoying the garden area. Free wireless internet is available in the room.

Maui Kaanapali Villas is a low density resort located just north of Lahaina on the world famous Kaanapali Beach, which is rated one of the top ten beaches in the United States. The resort is set on 11 acres of beautifully groomed tropical gardens. The gorgeous, all sand beach is a three minute stroll from the unit.

The lush grounds host inviting pools (heated in winter) each with a hot tub. A kiddie swim area is part of the ocean front pool. Also located on the grounds is the beach side Castaway Restaurant. Whale watching is at a premium right from the beach from December to April. Enjoy the clean, beautiful gas grills in 3 different locations on the property, 2 of which are close by. A laundry facility is available on property. The fitness center has all new Precor equipment for your enjoyment (or torture)!!


Fantastic views of Lanai & Molokai from the beach. Enjoy the all sand (no coral or rock) beach & the romantic ocean & sunset views.

Free trolley to all of Kaanapali area which is also in walking distance. Whaler's Village is a 15 minute walk on the boardwalk through neighboring resorts. This condominium cannot be beat for price and location! This condominium cannot be beat for price & location!

Rentals of snorkel equipment, paddle boards, kayaks, cabanas, etc. are available at the Beach Shack right on our beach. Great snorkeling is a few hundred yards north at Kahekili Park (Airport Beach) or 1/4 mile south at Black Rock.

Nice quiet getaway

Maui Kaanapali Villas was a fabulous place to stay. It is a hidden gem in Kaanapali. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly. The full kitchen's are definitely a plus for families to cook meals and have the convenience of a fridge. There is a gym that is perfect for a good workout before the beach. Everything was wonderful, we can't wait to go back.

Perfect

Most properties on the beach have thousands of people stacked on top of each other. The nice thing about the Villas is that it’s spread out. Plenty of room to move freely. Room C152 is perfect. Clean and ready when we (wife and I) moved in. Unit had everything we needed. (Beach chairs were an added bonus) staff was very friendly. Of all the places we’ve stayed in Hawaii, this our favorite. Perfectly priced and wonderfully appointed. We WILL be back. Dan and Anna

Beautiful Resort

Well furnished, very quiet, and well maintained resort and condo. Staff was very helpful. Pools are gorgeous. The food at the cafe was delicious and the views were amazing.

great stay

Stayed 10 days here and it was as advertised, everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. MKV is located on what I consider the best beach snorkeling spot we've been to. Would recommend to family and friends.

Beach vacations get no better than at MKV! We 100% agree with this guest. Not only do we have a great, sandy swimming beach, but right next to us is the best snorkeling reef. Aloha!

Fabulous vacation

Studio was just as described and was right next to the hidden pool that we had to ourselves almost every day! Property is located close to Many good restaurants and walking distance to whalers village!

Maui Kaanapali Villas—return visit!

Our family has stayed at this resort several times since 2010–and we are never disappointed! The people are kind and helpful, the facilities (pools, hot tubs, and free morning coffee) are terrific, and the location on the beach is really perfect.

Amazing place

This place was amazing! Room was nice and clean, loved the fact the fridge had an ice maker. Close walking distance to the beach. Will definitely be booking here again in the future!

Excellent place to stay

Great home away from home.

Lahaina was an amazing experience. It was our first time in Maui as a family, which was the most relaxing property we've come to see. Walking distance to the beach, friendly locals and good eats all around. Definitely worth a trip back. Great for honeymoons and family vacations!

Awesome stay

We loved our 3 night stay. The room had everything we needed to make meals and enjoy our time at the beach. The room was close to the pool and a short walk to the beautiful Kaanapali beach. The owner was also helpful in recovering my belongings that were forgotten in the room at checkout.

Relaxing and a great value!

Nice peek-a-boo view of the ocean....had everything we needed in the condo. Very quiet, nice to be able to sit out on the lanai with our coffee and look at the ocean. Great place to stay...especially if you do not need the loud party atmosphere that is prevalent at some of the other resorts.

Aahhh, that view! It is so calming to enjoy a cool drink and watch a sunset or just the movement of the ocean. Just reading this review makes us long to be there! We are grateful our guests are able to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Troy is a retired commercial beekeeper in CA and worked with up to 2000 hives. Susan is a retired children's pastor. After retiring she was "sucked" into the bee business and worked with Troy. They are living the good retired now and are able to spend more time in Maui as well as with family and helping with various ministries of their church. They live on 10 acres with 3 miniature donkeys and a lot of pond fish. When they are in Maui they enjoy scuba-diving, hiking, visiting with new friends found at MKV and relaxing on their never-crowded sandy beach.

We began going to Maui in 1990 with our 2 children and always rented a friends condo at Maui Kaanapali Villas. When we decided to buy a condo not much was available at MKV so we looked around the area but came to the conclusion that there is nothing like MKV out there. We love the old Hawaiian feel as well as the quiet, spacious feel at the resort. It is low-density which we really appreciate and you just can't beat that sandy beach and view!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

There is not another resort like Maui Kaanapali Villas on Kaanapali Beach. It is low density, only 260 units on 12 acres, and has that old Hawaiian feel you just don't find anywhere else. The pools and beach are never crowded - no need to get out there at 6 am to save a lounge chair! And we have met nothing but nice people there! Our beach is rated one of the top ten beaches in the world. The boardwalk is great for walking north to a grocery store (about a mile) or south 1 mile to Whaler's Village. There is also a free trolley that picks up at our lobby and takes you around the Kaanapali area.
