Beautiful Vacation Retreat within a walking distance from the beach!!!

A perfect Tahoe/ Rustic style Home away from Home within a 7 minutes walking distance from the town's private beach and only 7 minutes driving to our private ski resort, Diamond Peak.

Enjoy our beautiful vacation retreat, a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom family home, with a smart TV in every bedroom, living room and back patio.
Our house has a smart ELAN HOME automation control/ surround System controlled from keypads through the whole house where you can enjoy your favorite music through in any bedroom and bathroom. The house has a beautiful barn wood rustic touches, a gas fireplace and a private jacuzzi to relax after a day of ski at our own village ski resort, which is only within 7 min driving distance.
Our favorite room is our back patio, it is our favorite part of our house with a smart TV, a dining table (with a heater over the table for cold nights) and a jacuzzi to entertain our guests or have a relaxing time with our family, watching a football game and have so much fun.
We love our surround system and our bathroom heated floors controlled each from a separate thermostat.
This was our primary residence for many years and have many great memories. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do! We loved our stay here. The condo was spacious and private (felt more like a cabin than a condo) and perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids. The location was great - especially appreciated since conditions prevented us from skiing. Living room was comfy, kitchen well stocked, and hot tub lovely. Communication with Diana was easy and pleasant. Weā€™d stay here again.

Really nice place with great amenities. Good location and Host Diana was very responsive. Unfortunately, the snowy weather conditions did not cooperate with us and internet service went out in the entire Incline Village area cutting our access to Wi-Fi out. But that was no fault of our host.

Great place, especially the outdoor deck/bbq/hot tub area! Close by to nice bike/ski shop, and restaurants. Place had everything we needed for cooking, and host was great about checking in and solving any issues we had.

Excellent Property

We had an excellent stay at Dianaā€™s beautiful and very clean home. Rental is close to Burnt Cedar Beach 0.9 miles, that also has pool, so you can easily walk and not worry about parking. Condo is quiet, but close to many restaurants and shops.

Trip with Older Daughter and Dog

The location and communication was wonderful. We could walk to a market and great Mexican food & the lake was just a few blocks away. The outdoor deck was great for our Australian labradoodle. We took full advantage of a great kitchen and daily laundry. Would stay again!

Wonderful in every way

This was one of our favorite vacation rentals of all time. Highly highly recommend. Diana was a wonderful host and helped us throughout the week. It is a comfortable beautiful home in a great location. Hot tub in the back, some toys and books for the kiddos, and everything you need to make meals and have a fun time on your vacation. We visited in the summertime and had a great time.

Beautiful Home & Location

We enjoyed our stay in Incline Village. The location is incredible, and the house is cozy. We stayed with 7 adults, which seemed like a bit bigger group than the bedrooms were intended for, but the living space was spacious, and we enjoyed our time in Tahoe. When we had issues with some of the lights on the smoke detectors, Diana was quick to respond and explained things to us.

My husband and I had the most amazing time here! Diana was an unbelievable host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The home is beautiful! And has everything you would need for cooking, etc. There are tvā€™s throughout the house and outside by the hot tub and bbq! Outside was definitely our favorite spot! My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub while watching football and playing games at the table outside. The location is by far one of the best parts of this VRBO. Being a somewhat local as I live just down the mountain in Reno, I am very familiar with the area and was so appreciative to be able to stay in Incline, which is a private area that only residents can access for the most part. If you are looking for a local place to stay in Tahoe that is not Southshore with all the hustle and bustle, this is your place! Diana was beyond helpful when we needed assistance (for example, there are a lot of light switches!) and she was very kind when we met her. We will absolutely be staying again!!!!!! Our new favorite staycation spot! Oh, and grocery stores and restaurants are all close by within a mile!

PROS: Dog-friendly. Good size. Responsive host. Decent location. Convenient parking for 2 cars plus additional guest spaces for complex (not dedicated to the unit).CONS: Backs up to busy road so noisy. Front overlooks parking lot. Steep stairs (ok for us, maybe not for older guests).BE PREPARED FOR: Lots of light switches (18 in the main living area.) Several flashing and/or glowing lights in the master inc. a ceiling-mounted router and Nest smoke/CO2 detector that glows bright green every time you move. Make sure you check the box for a dog when booking to avoid surprises. Not the host's fault, but VRBO makes it easy to miss unless you open the box to adjust the number of guests beyond 2.

Nicely appointed condo

This condo was nicer than the photographs suggested! The beds were comfy and bedrooms had enough space. The bathrooms had awesome heated floors and the fenced patio and hot tub was a nice touch. We appreciated the roomy couch with space for everyone to enjoy the fancy TV. A few things were a little fidgety: the shower controls, for example.

This home was beautiful and our host was very professional and helpful. Only reason why I kept this booking though, was because I was passed the deadline for a full refund. I will never use VRBO again due to your partnership with Chrissy Teigen and John Legend.

Clean, modern and well equipped

The home was clean and well equipped. Everyone loved the hot tub after a day on the slopes. Loved that there was a tv in every room so we could spread out and teens could have their space. Diane was super responsive when we had questions. Convenient location. High tech home which was fine, but might trip up some folks. A user manual would be handy. We would rent there again.

A Little Slice of Heaven

This property is neatly tucked in a wonderful location in IV. The house is well organized with top-line electronics and a wonderful massage chair. It heats up quickly and comfortably. The backyard patio is terrific with a grill, outdoor TV, heat lamp, fire pit and hot tub. I've stayed in at least 15 rentals in IV and this is #1. Also Diana is the most responsive host I've ever dealt with on VRBO out of 30+ rentals. Thank you Diana and team for a wonderful 2022 New Year's experience in Tahoe!

Last minute getaway to Tahoe

If you are looking for a home away from home, look no further. This lovely, updated, pet friendly home was a true jewel. Very welcoming and had all and plus necessities you could ever want. Diana was a fantastic host and if there were any questions, she was very quick to respond. Very easy and simple check in and out. Hot tub was excellent. Backyard and amenities were ideal. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch with the outdoor heater. The home was very safe for our Furbaby. I don't even think she new the difference because it was so comfortable. This home was very clean. You are 2 min from food, 7 min to Diamond Peak, 10 min to Kings Beach and 20 min to North Star. There was assigned parking which we basically took both spots with our vehicle. The only downside is the backyard was up against Tahoe Blvd. but, in all honesty it really didnā€™t bother us. It is fenced in so you do have privacy while enjoying the backyard. There are security cameras on the property specifically the one in the back overlooking the patio and hot tub. I am not saying thats good or bad but, I feel I should mention it. I would have no problem booking here again.
