Take a dip in the heated pool, wander to nearby cafés and beach bars, or simply unwind with the Gulf breeze. Includes Wi-Fi, parking for one vehicle, and all your beach day essentials.
This adorable 2-bedroom condo has everything you need for the perfect beach getaway! The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need to prepare meals with friends and family.
Both bedrooms are bright and airy, offering space to store your belongings and Smart TVs in every room for entertainment. The bathroom includes a large, tiled step-in shower for comfort and convenience.
High-speed Wi-Fi makes remote work or streaming effortless, and a digital parking pass for one vehicle is provided. We’ve also included beach essentials—chairs, umbrella, and more—so you can head straight to the sand!
Please Note:
This condo is located on the second floor, and the complex does not have elevators—guests must be able to climb stairs.
**Please Note** The HOA has begun a roofing project on the Pool Building (Units 900–1200). Work is done during daytime hours only, and while there may be some noise at times, the pool area remains open and accessible. We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these improvements.
— Also 11/17 the HOA is replacing the hallway carpet in the buildings with new tile, so you may see workers in the halls and at times be offered a short detour or need to walk around small staged work areas. Some tile landings may be briefly blocked, but access to your condo will remain open. We appreciate your patience as the building gets this beautiful upgrade!

What we love most about this complex is the quiet location off the beaten path of Gulf Boulevard, nuzzled among several residential complexes. The option to be among the crowds or lay low is completely up to you!
Restaurants and shops are within walking distance
Most commonly, our guests use Tampa International Airport. They have many transportation options to St Pete Beach, so you do not have to rent a car. Once on the beach, almost everything is walkable. The closest grocery store is 1 mile, but there are restaurants and bars within a few blocks. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent in this area, so if you do want to make a trip it is easy to do.
As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.

- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
