One of Edisto Island's Best Rental Houses! Three's Company is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath elevated home located on Edisto Island. Located one block from the beach, you are only a few minutes walk to the beach and Whaley's (a local restaurant)!! Let the charm of this home melt all your worries away! Upstairs is three bedrooms, all with cable tv and designed to make you feel right at home. There are also two full bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 bedrooms have queen size beds, 1 bedroom has 2 bunk beds with doubles on the bottom and twin up top. One bedroom is located downstairs with it's own private bath.

This house comes with Hot Tub and pool table.

Three's Company has plenty of parking, an outdoor shower, and includes free WIFI. ****GOLF CART IS NO LONGER PROVIDED AS PART OF RENTAL****

Great Experience!

We had a great stay, and the house met our needs perfectly! Jessa was always prompt in responding to questions I had leading up to the trip and the house was a short 2 minute walk to the beach!

Yearly beach week

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. I will have to say the grounds of the home are not clean. There are old irrigation lines all over the drive, I picked up two rusty nails near the back parking bay and there is trash all under the fronts steps. There is stuff sitting all under the house and on the front porch there is a bowl with an old coffee liner and coffee grains. For the most part the home is clean inside but the bunk room rug is disgusting and I wanted to throw it in the wash. Also, in the kitchen there isn’t even 1 cleared cabinet to allow for groceries so they have to sit all over the counter. We have rented in Edisto for the last 7 years and realize the rent has gone up, however we believe we paid way to much for this property. Thank you!

Good points are front porch, pool table, and 6-seater golf cart.

Enjoyed our stay and the host (Jessa) was very prompt and attentive by personally getting the large TV replaced with a new one. The home needs maintenance attention for lamps and stairwell lighting. Bathrooms need hooks for clothing and towels. Showers need a soap dish and towel hooks. Sofa in Living area is losing feathers (not good for guest with allergies). The bedrooms and sleeping areas were not a good match for our family since our grandchildren are adults and the room with the 4 bunk beds must share a bath with another bedroom with two people. The left side of the house is pictured with a landscaped area. Presently the property greets guests with a view of torn-up irrigation piping and exposed valve and wiring boxes instead of landscaping. The front porch door do not l have a working closure latch, but it does have a locking latch to secure the door.

Amazing House!

Had amazing time with friends. Great location and amazing house if you have a big group. Owner was very nice and helped out with anything we needed. Definitely recommend!

50th birthday girls weekend!!

Just wow!! My friends, family and I had the most amazing time. The house was just so comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with tools to have a great meal. Spacious rooms, the bathrooms were beautiful and updated! I can’t wait to book this house again! The owner was very responsive to any of our needs it was such a pleasure dealing with her!! The whole weekend made turning 50 less devastating!! Thank you Jessa

Awesome place

Plenty of room, kitchen well stocked for Lg families. Hot tub was relaxing! Loved the swings on the porch. The "gamers" of the family loved hanging out in the bottom floor bedroom. The pool table & dart board kept everyone entertained inside because the weather didn't really cooperate with our outdoor plans. Golf cart was nice to run to the store in.

Our stay at 3's company

The registration process was a little stressful, and the pics were misleading. We were SHOCKED that it was on the main road and that neighbors were so close. After the first day, we realized the sound was a much better beach setting for our needs, so the golf cart was SO appreciated!

Great Family Vacation.

Let’s start with the positives. If you want a quiet beach vacation and a house equipped to hold 9+ people, this house is awesome. We had an infant, 10 year old, 19 year old, four people in their 20s and then us…in our late 40s. There were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and common area space. We loved the location, the golf cart and the hot tub. Now the not so good…the house could have been cleaner and likely just needs a really good deep clean. The hot tub didn’t smell great and desperately needed more chemicals. I’d say the biggest disappointment was that the photos weren’t all accurate in terms of amenities shown. For instance, there was no TV mounted near the hot tub. Also, there was no fire table or outdoor eating space in the covered porch. While we wouldn’t have used it, it should be noted there wasn’t a fire pit in the backyard either. While there were certainly some issues I thought it fair to raise, I’d still stay at this house in the future without hesitation. The communication with the property owner/manager was incredible.
