Beautiful view of ocean, very close to water. You can hear the ocean all night. Home is a bit dated and some areas in house are a bit uneven and slanted but it was worth it for the view alone. Was clean on arrival. Would 100% book again.

Great stay for families

Our family loved staying at this house. The location and rocking chair porch were a highlight that we will remember for years to come. This house fit our family comfortably. The cottage is charming and cozy and you WILL get sand everywhere, but it was great to be right on the beach in Edisto!

Perfect Beach house that produced RELAXATION

Great house situated right on the beach, made our life so easy with three little ones. We were able to walk right out on the beach each morning, have coffee on the porch in the morning while watching dolphins and shrimp boats. Very pleased with the house and accomodations.

Much needed week long getaway.

The Sea Plus is in a n excellent location, the house is well equipped with cookware and essentials. The back porch with the rocking chairs is perfect for relaxing day and night. The people you meet are very friendly and offer warm welcoming smiles. This is our 2nd trip to the Sea Plus house and we will be back next year.

A roomy stay for a large group

Sea Plus is a cute cottage with lots of room for a large group. The beach front property with direct access to the beach was exactly what we wanted. Though the property and furniture are a bit dated, it has a quaint, comfortable feel as though you are staying with a favorite grandparent. It was extremely well equipped and very comfortable for our group if eleven people.

Beautiful porch with stunning views

Beautiful beach cottage...great set up. There is a Keurig machine! Very well set up for a large crowd...the rocking chairs sold me of this beach house.

Clean and comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this house again. It has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. We give it two thumbs up! PS The blinds need to be replaced in some of the rooms-they no longer open or close properly.

Sea Plus is Perfect

Perfect beach cottage, had everything we needed including an amazing view and walk out to the beach. Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is equipped with all you could ever ask for? Was a wonderful get away for my family and we will certainly book again.

Beach Vacation

The house is a few steps from the beach. The back porch had plenty of room and plenty of rocking chairs. We all enjoyed sitting on the back porch enjoying the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. If it rains, you can still sit on the back porch and watch the ocean. Dolphins came by every morning and afternoon. Shopping and restaurants are within a couple of miles. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils.

Great house, great location

We really enjoyed staying here. This house has the best stocked kitchen out of any house we've stayed in! Our only complaint concerned the A/C, we stayed during a heat wave and the A/C couldn't get the house under 80 during the day and 78 was the coldest at night. Made it very hard to sleep at night and get respite from the hot sun during the day. Maintenance responded quickly but do to the age of the home and lack of insulation (his words, not mine) there wasn't much else he could do. There are fans in the home, which helped, but not enough. Otherwise, we had a great time and would stay here again (just not during a heat wave).

Great Girls Getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Plus is a charming home! We loved the openness of the den/kitchen, the kitchen is nicely updated and well stocked. We spent most of our time on the back porch that has the perfect amount of shade and sun to go along with the wonderful ocean breeze! It was the perfect place for a quick girls getaway!

Great Location - Great Deck

The location is fantastic. The view, deck and rocking chairs made the visit. The home is a little long in the tooth and in need of significant upgrades. Lose handrails made it difficult for my elderly parents to walk up the stairs. The shower heads barely pushed any water out of them. Kitchen was well equipped and worked well. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Our biggest overall concern was the vents from the AC system seemed to have black mold growing around the edges. It should probably get looked at.
