Not your average rental, this stylishly appointed open-concept home features lots of windows with garden views, driftwood plank style flooring, upgraded appliances, a modern clean beach theme and large outdoor living space. Walking distance to downtown Atlantic Avenue located just 7 blocks away and to the beach 12 blocks away. There are 2 bikes to use, or take the golf cart
This fully updated home has a spacious kitchen and open-bar. Upgraded appliances, convection oven. Wake up to cappuccino, espressso or American coffee.
The living room features 65" TV and sound system with full cable, unlimited Netflix, and super comfy sofas to enjoy it all upon. If you work from home, you'll love the turbo speed wifi.
For a great night’s sleep there is a new super comfy king bed in one bedroom, and queen in the other, each have upgraded linens and your choice of feather and hypoallergenic pillows.
Brand new clean-air AC system insures clean, fresh air, while fortress impact windows and doors insure shelter from any storm.
The giant double-lot back yard with large patio, gas grill, dining table, and outdoor seating are a great place to relax and entertain, and a fantastic bonus for your furry family members.
Delray is the most precious little beach town with its wonderful shops, restaurants, live music, open markets and pristine beaches, and the most charming way to experience it is by golf cart, and we have one for you to use.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, impeccably decorated. Quiet neighborhood, large fenced backyard. Elizabeth is a wonderful host and and has tried to provide everything you may need. Cons: I didn’t want to leave!

A Slice of Heaven

Elizabeth is the most amazing host. She has a home packed with every convenience you can imagine for a fun and relaxing stay. The house is decorated like a first class spa/retreat and smells so good! It is close to the beach and close to 4 grocery stores. It is convenient to downtown restaurants and shopping. Truly a dream!!

Delray Beach getaway

Elizabeth has a fantastic property great location to downtown and beaches! Golf cart into downtown was a plus (free parking). Use of bikes were great. Beach chairs to use were nice. Property owner was very helpful Would definitely recommend!

Awesome Property and Host!

The house is so perfect! It is in a great location, there is a golf cart to head over to the beach or Atlantic Ave, everything you need is there and the host, Elizabeth, goes above and beyond! I had mentioned that we were coming down to spend Christmas with our daughter who couldn’t get the time off from work to come home and Elizabeth purchased and decorated a Christmas tree for us! It was such a thoughtful gesture!

Just Perfect

We highly recommend this cute little place. We spent two weeks here and enjoyed every minute. The house was clean, well decorated and fully equipped. We loved the open concept with lots of space to spread out. The kitchen was well-appointed for cooking in as we did a lot. There was space to spread out and work, and the wifi worked well. We enjoyed spending time in the lovely yard. The location was excellent—we did not have a car the whole time and had no trouble walking to where we wanted to go. Downtown Delray and its fabulous shops and restaurants were within walking distance (about a mile) as were supermarkets (Publix, The Fresh Market, and Trader Joe’s) (also about a mile in the other direction). Great little empanada place (The Gringo) two blocks over. Elizabeth was a terrific resource for things to do and places to eat and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great property. Lacking key info in desc

The house is beautiful, super clean and comfortable. Filled with everything you could need for your trip. We only had one issue which we communicated about with the owner. We were unaware that there was an attached apartment and the owner was in residence. There are no shared entrances or spaces but we still would have liked to have been made aware. In all honestly we would not have rented that property had we known. We communicated with vrbo and could have opened a case but did not want to cause harm.

Owner lives next door, and that is written in description of property. I don't meet guests unless they ask for assistance with something like, the keys for the golf cart or the bikes, or assistance with something. And Ive only ever received gratitude for helping when needed. The only thing we can think of that would generate this - my first review with less than 5 stars, is that, these guests booked the property saying they had 4 people in their group. After paying for 4 guests they wrote and said they would have 1 more. I wrote back saying that is just fine and all are welcome. the website would have charged more for the 5th person. The cleaning team that cleaned the home after this group checked out said that there were likely 7 people in their group. They said there were people sleeping on both of the couches and 3 people in 1 of the bedrooms, one of which was on the floor on the spare mattress. My house has a maximum capacity of 5 in the listing. Nevertheless, I would not have ever complained if I knew, but maybe she wrote this as a defense because evidently she lied about the number in the party, broke the rules by having more than is allowed and ultimately underpaid?. Again, had I even known during their stay I would not have minded. My goal is always for guests to have a great time.

Cozy, Comfy & Excellent Home Away From Home!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the 2BR Beach house.Elizabeth was more than the perfect host and really ensures her guests have everything they need. This was certainly our most comfortable home away from home. The house was warm, cozy and had all the amenities of home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the modern kitchen was fully equipped with well stocked with higher end essentials. The house is fully renovated in great taste and is exactly as described in the listing. The towels & bedding were more like a hotel quality and Elizabeth provides top quality paper products and not the cheap versions. Perfectly easy arrival & checkin with a “Yay, you’re here” welcome mat, a bottle of wine and cheese & crackers. She really cares and goes all out to provide a fabulous experience! It was an amazing memorable vacation and we appreciated all her extra touches in the house. Great location close to Atlantic Avenue, Linton Road and the beach. We loved it & will definitely be back! Thanks so much Elizabeth!❤️

Lovely updated house & a quick mile walk to downtown Delray.

We highly recommend this property. Elizabeth is delightful & accommodating, and responsive to questions or concerns. Her house is lovely & updated with a large fenced yard. A great place to stay that is a quick walk to downtown Delray or comfortable enough to hang out in.

Wonderful stay at Elizabeth’s property

Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom house. Was a bit further from beach than I thought but definitely walkable. Elizabeth was kind enough to offer to drive us to our destination on several occasions. Thank you Elizabeth for being a great host.

We had a wonderful stay here in Del Rey and everything was perfect for our month long stay . Elizabeth was a gracious host and easy to reach if we needed anything . The house was very well equipped with everything you’d need and the bbq with seating in the back yard was delightful . A short walk to Atlantic Ave was a plus . We will hopefully be back again . This was a gem !

Awesome Host and Property

Even before we checked in Elizabeth was an amazing host! She ensured that everything we would want was ready and made check-in so easy. The property itself is a great location (walked to Atlantic Ave and the beach) and in great condition (appears to be newly remodeled interior). Quiet neighborhood, but also a lot to do nearby. Could not ask for a better place to stay this Christmas/ NYE!

Comfortable & conveinent

The house was beautiful inside with a great yard filled with mango trees & palms. The location is an easy drive to the beach & resort areas or walk to some other places like the Delray Beach Market. Elizabeth did a really nice job with this property.

Carrie called to tell me that she absolutely loved the house and didnt mean to give it 2 stars. She said she was trying to change it to 5, and couldn't figure out how.
