B HAPPY!! Beachfront home, 4 bedroom/2 bath, Sleeps 8, Pet Friendly!

B Happy is a nicely furnished one level beachfront home located on the west end of the island. It sleeps 8 people comfortably. There are two beachfront king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and two twin beds. The split floor plan makes this house perfect for two couples or small families to enjoy together! Each end of the house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV, and plenty of extra blankets and pillows.
The open concept kitchen/living area is in the middle of the house. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances, Keurig single pod and 12 cup standard drip coffee maker, dishes, cookware, and even a large pantry to store your groceries for the week along with a washer and dryer behind the dining area. We also have a highchair and Pack and Play for your little one.
Our living space is quite comfortable with plenty of seating, a large screen smart TV and plenty of books, games and puzzles for that occasional rainy day.
As nice as the inside of the house is, your favorite “room” in the house may just be the partially covered beachfront deck! Grab your morning coffee and enjoy a perfect view of the sunrise. Not a morning person? We have plenty of comfy seating so you can enjoy watching the dolphins play while sitting in the shade or soaking up some sunshine later in the day. The gate on the deck stairs helps to keep little ones from falling or pets from escaping. When you want to venture down to the beach, you won’t have to go far because the beach is your backyard! After your day on the beach, you can rinse off in our enclosed, outdoor shower equipped with hot and cold water. We have a fish cleaning station and a charcoal grill where you can cook up your catch or maybe some juicy steaks! We also have some fun outdoor games located in the covered outdoor area near the grill.

Your dog is also welcome here for an additional fee. We even have food/water bowls, a
medium size crate and bedding available for your use.

No smoking is allowed inside B Happy.

The Perfect Stay

This house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, easy access to the beach, and a great location next to everything. We are regulars to the island and will make this our new regular house.

Beautiful area. The house is adorable and my family and I had a great week. Even watching the storms was interesting. We saw a water spout!!!! And one day a big heron strolled passed us. It was really cool. The house is very inviting and well stocked. We had a fantastic week. It’s always over too quick!

Great house

We really enjoyed this property. Great proximity to the beach. Very simple layout to the house, which is super convenient. Very well stocked. We especially enjoyed the ice cream maker. The back porch was our favorite spot.

Needed rest

Beach front dog friendly and comfortable rental- just what we were looking for. There was a problem with the television but Heather quickly came to help. Great experience.

Perfection!

This was a perfect stay. The space has everything we needed and more, and the host made check in and check out simple. The view is exquisite, and the porch furniture is comfortable and sturdy. We loved having a private shower area coming off the beach. We would definitely choose this space again. Thank you for a great space for our retirement retreat!

Beautiful spot!

Would definitely come back here. Sleepy island with a few restaurants. We didn’t have great weather but would love to come back. House was well appointed with everything you need except beach chairs. View was awesome. Loved sitting on the porch watching the sunrise!

Great vacation cut short

B”Happy is an excellent beach front house with everything you would want or need. Highlights include the partially cover deck with very comfortable furniture, great location and plenty of room for eight. While the couch was great, we spent most of our time on the deck looking at the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and each room had a ceiling fan. The only issue we had was we had to cut our stay short due the the hurricane

Perfect Fit

B Happy was the perfect place for our family to enjoy our destination Christmas. The accommodations were more than great. We had plenty of room for our 6 adults and 20 month old. The view was spectacular! Our grandson loved his first time playing in the sand. I can’t say enough good things about B Happy! Comfortable, well stocked kitchen, awesome porch on the ocean side, lots and lots of extras for us to enjoy.

Exceeded all expectations!

Be ready to basically live on the amazing back deck! So comfortable and welcoming! And I have stayed in many rentals and have never had such a well stocked and functional kitchen…we were so impressed! Already tried to rebook for later this year, but it isn’t available. Grab it while you can, she’s a great home away from home! We will definitely be back and recommend!

"B HAPPY" made us VERY HAPPY!!!

We fell in love the moment we stepped in! It was a perfect set-up. It had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen had more appliances than I've seen in one place. Although I didn't use a one (except the toaster) because we went out to eat every single night at one of the local restaurants! This is our 4th year staying on the Island and our best yet. Heather is a fabulous host. We'll be there again next year, thanks to Heather and we can hardly wait!!! Thank you for allowing us the pleasure of staying in this slice of heaven.

Beach Front

Stay was ok only had 1 1/2 days sunshine. So not much beach time. But nothing we could do about that. TV was bit difficult to manage as not all rooms had similar programming. Great beach access and views. Killed few bugs in the house. Suggest possible toilet upgrades, to more modern. Hard to maneuver for elderly folks.
