The master BR contains a king bed and the second bedroom has 2 double beds. The condo also has a pullout sleeper sofa and a large flat screen tv for your enjoyment.

There are many family amenities, such as controlled entrance, 24-hour security, 11,500 foot lagoon style swimming pool (and many smaller swimming pools scattered across the property) landscaped with waterfalls, palms, exotic plants, flowers, whirlpools, golf, tennis courts (approximately 20), two restaurants on water, jet-ski rental, para sailing, sailing, exercise room, convention center, gift shop, beauty salon, etc.

Over 110 private acres and more than 1000 feet of private Gulf-front. Nearby is a fishing pier extending far into the Gulf. Within the resort is a nine-hole par-three golf course meandering through lagoons and ponds.

Shipwreck Island Water Park and many eateries are within walking distance.

You are a short walk from a shopping center with restaurants, a ten screen movie theater, grocery store, ice cream parlor, subway sandwich shop, etc. There are several piers near by for fishing and a state park right down the road.
Edgewater Resort charges a $50 registration fee which includes one parking pass. You may resgister another vehicle for an additional $30 via the registration site. The link to register will be provided once the reservation is paid in full.
