Family Vacation

Great place for a family gathering. The kids (3 and 6 especially enjoyed swimming off the dock (even with the tiny jelly fish) . Great location, peaceful atmosphere.

Beautiful location, plenty of sleeping space

We enjoyed our stay-- there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group and we enjoyed the large downstairs gathering space. Host was responsive and helpful.

Great house and location

Enjoyed the stay during holiday weekend. Perfect for boater with easy access to the Patuxent River. Sandy Beach at Mrytle Point park and the boardwalk to watch sunset highly recommended. Will stay again! Thanks Abraham.

Family Thanksgiving in Solomon’s

This property was great! Very clean and every detail was looked after. From accessible linens to extra toiletries available. It was the perfect space to host a party of 11 for thanksgiving on the water in a gorgeous environment.

Great location and plenty of room

We absolutely loved our stay at this location. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of cooking tools to create our family meals. The porches are overlooking the creek. Plenty of places to gather. The young adults especially enjoyed the entertainment room. We all agreed it was perfect for our family reunion.

Great Experience!!

Our experience with both the host and the property were exceptional!! All of the amenities and features were so comfortable and modern. The owner is so kind and communicative. The property is quiet, peaceful, and pretty. Everyone that came on this trip loved our stay and we strongly recommend this place to any future travellers!

Beautiful home on the water!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house is super well appointed and furnished. The theater room was a particular treat! Gorgeous setting right on the water. The host was great, responsive, and very helpful! Zero complaints, highly recommend staying here. I know we’ll be back!

We enjoyed the property, it was clean, spacious, and the movie room was great! My family and friends had plenty of choices when it came to the house for lounging. The special touch was in the bathroom. They had a basket with a couple of things people forget. Like tooth brush, tooth paste, aleve , tissue for your nose. It was very thoughtful of the owner. Need a blender, we couldn't find it, but everything was great!

Perfect place for a large family!

From the time I booked our stay til the time we checked out, the whole experience has been amazing! The owner was very friendly, helpful and responded quickly! The house was beautiful! Very clean and well appointed. The beds were sooo comfortable that I hated to go home! Hot water was never an issue, even with multiple people taking showers at the same time. Theater room was a hit with the kids and adults! The views were amazing from the 2 level porches. The neighborhood was pretty and quiet. Will definitely be back when we are back in the area!

Great Family Get Away

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and we really appreciated the additional toiletries that were provided. The view was amazing and even the neighbors were pleasant. The well equipped kitchen and available supplies made making meals easy and enjoyable. We used the crab baskets on the pier to catch a few crabs which was absolutely awesome! My only suggestion is that they have an additional propane tank and extension cord for the pellet/gas grill. Overall my family and I really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this property for a great family get away. Martanaze Hancock

Great House but...

This is a very nice property but, had two annoying issues: 1. for over $3500 to rent a 14-person house, it seems ridiculous to only have 2 1/2 rolls of toilet paper to start with. 2. The house was inspected properly as the toilet on the main floor had the seat completely broken off and only 1 of 7 TVs worked.

True Relaxation

The house is in a great location and spacious. It was quiet and peaceful. You had a little of everything to meet your interest from shore life, shopping, parks, nearby playground, a lot of waterways, for boating, fishing, crabbing, the boat dock on the property, and nearby free boat ramp. If it’s a hot day you can sit on the decks, grill, or do nothing. If it is raining day you can exercise, watch movie in the home theater or television in you room or common area. The Host was easy to communicate with and my son met him at checking in, that was nice. WILL I DO THIS AGAIN//YES! YES! ..... Davis Family

Great place for a group getaway

This is a beautiful house with plenty of space for our 12 person group. We rented this house for a bachelorette party and had so much room to spread out and lots of fun areas to decorate. We hired a bartender to come to the house one of the days and the basement bar was the perfect set-up for that. There were plenty of bathrooms and places for us to get ready, and the house is less than 10 minutes from Solomons Beach where there are lots of great restaurants and bars. If you enjoy spending time outdoors, the property at this house is beautiful! It's in a quiet little cove and feels very private. Abraham was very accessible and responded to all of my questions almost immediately. Would definitely recommend this house to rent!

A great place for vacation, but needs to improve cleanliness

We enjoyed our stay, however property management and VRBO needs to improve on below items: 1. Freeze and closets were filled in with personal stuff of other residents at property. These needed to be provided clean and empty to vacationers. 2. The gas grill’s grills were dirty with grease from previous cooking. We were a group of vegetarian and looking for a clean usable grill. 3. Property picture shows a boat, however that wasn’t available and rented to someone else separately. 4. The hot water heater seems to be too low on capacity for 5 bathrooms. With just two people shower, it was running out of hot water supply. 5. The living room area is too small for 15 people capacity mentioned. 6. VRBO support is terrible, disconnect calls after a long wait to get a person to speak
