AWARD WINNING architectural masterpiece featured in Architectural Digest! The house is truly spectacular! Custom built you will find 19 feet ceilings throughout and sliding glass doors to allow maximum views and breezes.
Every bedroom and the loft in the guesthouse have AC.
The kitchen features concrete countertops and island that were custom made by a local concrete artist who also designed the huge dining room table.
Newly furnished and outfitted with new linens and towels, this is a lovely place to get away from it all!

Paradise!

Seascape Villa was just as described, gorgeous inside and out! The home was well equipped with everything we needed, from pool toys, beach chairs, cooler, and the kitchen had everything you could imagine wanting. The host, Michelle, was responsive and patient about answering all our questions.I would absolutely recommend it for a large group. Everyone in our family was thrilled with the property!

Dream Wedding Vacation with Friends and Family

I cannot say enough great things about Seascape Villa and the ladies who manage it. One of the best weeks ever spent with family and friends to celebrate and relax. Seascape was the perfect place for our dream wedding. It was just spectacular. The property, the location, the pool, the VIEW. It was an absolute dream. Thank you a million times for this incredible memory.

Doesn't disappoint!!

The views- the property - the entire experience was spectacular. We had 11 people in our group and it was fantastic! We took advantage of all the perks, the pre-grocery shopping, charcuterie board welcome and the snorkel gear delivery. Worth every penny! We highly recommend the private chef, Ashley Ellis for some homemade island food! Nep2une Diving for some excellent scuba diving and Rhythms for some after dive lunch and drinks! Don't forget dinner at Cibone! Even with a couple of unforeseen hiccups, the communication and response from Michelle and her team were immediate. We highly recommend the property and the island!

40th birthday celebration

This property is absolutely perfect! We had an amazing vacation to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday with family and friends. Communication with Michelle and check in and out were so easy! The property is gorgeous and we loved the pool. It was nice to cook dinner at the house and spend time together. The location is great and a short drive to various places on the island. I would definitely return !

An amazing modern masterpiece!

We had a group of 6 couples that vacation to St. Croix. We’ve stayed in a lot of houses around the island and this location with this home made it one of the most memorable trips we’ve taken. We woke up in paradise every single morning. The bedrooms are setup where it accommodates everyone’s schedule. Being close to all the grocery and liquor/beer stores was an added bonus of convenience. On beach day, we just packed the jeeps and headed 15 minutes in any direction to find some of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. The host has gone out of their way to make sure the house and grounds accommodate your vacation.

A beautiful house and location

My family had 15 people (13 adults and 2 kids under 3) to this house over the Christmas break. We were absolutely blown away by the house and how beautiful it was. It was the perfect location, tucked right against the ocean and with a pool to go in during the day. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house had plenty for us to entertain everyone—all the essentials in the kitchen, games to play and TVs in each room. It was perfectly clean when we showed up and had clear directions for how to leave it when we left. At night, we were able to hang out by the fire pit and relax and enjoyed the grille many nights. Overall, fantastic experience here. The communication was top-notch with the host as well. I probably was a bit more needy and asking for a lot of things (from personal chefs to catering). She helped me out with all the details I needed in a timely manner during a time when there likely wasn’t much availability on the island.

A dream come true

Stunning home with an amazing layout, view, and amenities. Everything was absolutely wonderful. All as advertised. Comfortable and private rooms. Michelle was helpful and communicative. Secluded property great for watching the sunrise, sunset and turtles swimming in the turquoise water. Thank you so much! It was the best week ever!

The Amazing Seascape Villa

Seascape was the perfect place for our family reunion. My kiddos are all in their 30s and living all around the US so we try to vacation together once a year. With partners, we were a party of 10. Seascape provided privacy but also had amazing gathering spaces. The pool and patio were large and accommodating with great lounge chairs and couches. We watched the turtles in the ocean, soaked up the sun and surf, and enjoyed the amazing views. The kitchen was well equipped for our large dinners. The property is gorgeous. Modern, minimalist, yet cozy. Michelle was responsive and answered our questions anytime we asked. This was one of our favorite vacations. Loved this unique villa!!!

Amazing house for a big group

My wife, her parents, her 5 siblings and their spouses all stayed here for a week. The house was perfect for us 14 adults. We had an excellent view of the ocean and we saw turtles multiple times from the back of the house. It’s in a great location and a short drive from Sandy point beach which is an incredible beach with sand as far as you can see. The rooms are big and perfect for a large group. House has everything we needed to make multiple meals and the table is huge for all of us to sit around. Michelle was excellent and very responsive for anything we needed. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Beautiful

Beautiful property, lots of nice extras like towels, beach chairs. Property in a quiet area of town, a bit removed from most tourist activities, but once you are comfortable with driving on the left, not too big a deal! Very good communication with Michelle and Justin was a big help with everything we needed during our stay. Thanks!

Seascape

My family had a great time together. There is beach access about a 20 minute walk away. We were told there was a path to the beach at the property, but there is no beach at the property like the picture suggest. View is spectacular but cliffs can be a danger to small children. Beautiful pool which is really quite large. Property location is off the beaten path, more remote part of the island. Perfect for the time of Covid. No kitchen towels for drying dishes or anything else but plenty of beach and bath towels. Manager was very responsive and eager to help. A truly nice person.

Friends Trip November 2021

For context, we are a large group of single, childless professionals who travel together frequently. For this stay, we were a group of 10. We stayed in hotels in Christiansted the first half of our trip, then moved to this house for the 2nd half (about 5 days). We had a fantastic stay here! The house was well equipped, clean, and we never felt crowded, despite our group size and bed/room sharing. We had all the info we needed, and our host was super communicative/responsive when anything came up. View, stunning; grounds, stunning. Others have mentioned a pest problem. To clarify, yes, very small millipedes (gongolos) appeared throughout the house during our stay. They're small, very slow, and all died quickly (I suspect because the property is sprayed often). Plus, the center courtyard of the home is outdoors, and if you're leaving doors open throughout the day (as we were), you can expect to find a few creatures here and there. It wasn't anything we would consider an infestation or even unusual in a seaside home. Other than that, we saw a couple palmetto bugs the whole week. We honestly weren't that bothered by the critters, but we're not fussy travelers. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful but a lot of labor

The view from the property was absolutely breathtaking! There was an adequate amount of space for everyone to fit comfortably however, there were A LOT of bugs. Most of the men spent most of their time playing exterminator to numerous millipedes and large roaches. While I do understand we were on an island, it was excessive. We also spent a lot of money on groceries that had to be thrown away do to a reoccurring problem with the the refrigerator. If you plan on keeping food on the premises I would not recommend staying at this property. While the host was timely in her response during our stay she was not very personable. We are still waiting to hear back in regards to an issue from our stay. The trash was unbearable as it was not picked up for several days. The day of our departure the generator gave out and we were unable to shower or flush toilets. Overall beautiful property but a lot of labor involved which took away from the relaxation of the trip.
