If you're looking to for a homey retreat just a short drive from the ocean and bay, this home is for you! Under new ownership since May 2022, know that your vacation stay is maintained with your comfort in mind. Relax in air-conditioned bliss, or kick back on the back deck with a beverage. The backyard is enclosed, so younger guests can run around without fear. The full kitchen (complete with a dishwasher, full-size amenities, and a breakfast bar with seating) will help with all your vacation cooking needs. Bedrooms on each floor mean that privacy comes easily. Just set your beach towels and clothes from the day in the private washer/dryer and enjoy relaxing in your own restful space.



Head two miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Hop on a ferry to Shell Island - it’s only accessible by boat! Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, just under 10 miles away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf. The kids will love Funland Arcade & Snack Bar, Shipwreck Island Water Park, and Cobra Adventure Park to name a few.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
