Beautifully Renovated & Impeccably Clean Condo in KCB Oceanfront Complex

All new renovation in private studio condo, ocean front complex, heated pool in Key Colony Beach. Walk out your door and you are just steps from our private beach directly on the ocean! Condo has full kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a complete meal (stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc). Relax on the private back balcony and enjoy sunsets from Sunset Park next door. Beautiful beach with lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki's and BBQ grills for guest use.

Studio condo sleeps 2. Kitchen is all new with modern white cabinets and new appliances. Bathroom has walk-in shower and all new tile and cabinets. Comfy king sized bed with new mattress and crisp 100% cotton sheets and bedding for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. We also provide thick cotton, high-end bath towels. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival. We take care of everything for you! We pride ourselves on keeping our condos in top condition with constant maintenance and upkeep. Our housekeeping services are impeccable!

Condo was exactly as pictured! We loved the location & key colony beach is amazing & their private beach was the best. The condo itself is very clean and well maintained; there are not a ton of “extras,” but you get exactly what you see in the pictures! Would recommend coming packed with shampoo / conditioner / lotion / garbage bags, as prices at the Publix are pretty steep (or stop before you head off mainland FL)!

This is an amazing property that we have stayed at before. We have not stayed in this inot, but it is my fave we've stayed in. It would get a 5 if I didn't have to wash the dishes when I got there (the people who stay previously were to clean them) but I can never trust that. We also have to wash/dry/put away (no dishwasher) again before we leave, empty trash etc. Cleaning fees are a bummer when you do half yourself. Great private beach. I get to see a fantastic sunrise and sunset on the beach. You can't go wrong at this property. So much to do in the area. Speed is 25, DO NOT SPEED!! Enjoy a stay here you won't regret it.

First time in the Keys

We had a wonderful time in Key Colony Beach. The owner provided us with many suggestions for food and activities in the area. The condo is the perfect size for 2-3 people. It is immaculate and just steps from the beach. The pool is refreshing and the grounds of the property are very well taken care of. The condo is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. It is an easy drive down to Key West. We would recommend a stay in this unit!

Cute and quiet little beach efficiency

Nice little place to stay for a couple days. Room was clean but a little warm and humid (from being close to beach) and not having central ac. Listing says it has a washer and dryer but you have to pay to use them (which wasn’t mentioned) and they are not located in the actual room. pool area was nice and very close by and the rooms sit just a few steps from a little beach area. The property manager was quick at responding to any messages and questions we had. The condo is close to Publix and there are a few things to do close by.

Perfect for a Couples Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is the second time I’ve stayed in Key Colony and the first at this condo. It is impeccably clean, ground floor unit just 3 doors from the private beach. The owner provides plenty of details on places to eat, activities, etc. The private beach area is very nice with converted tiki huts, BBq’s, very nice lounge chairs and tables. It’s super quiet and safe. We sat out each night after dark. We ate in most nights. Publix is just a short drive away. Overall can’t say enough good things. We hope to be back again soon!

Cute little condo on Key colony

All the basic needs of a single bedroom condo. Beach and pool are right outside the door. Location has nice grills which we used with ease. Property is well manicured. Its close to multiple activities, restaurants and grocery stores. The owner is helpful and responsive. I would stay again

Disappointed rust on a ceiling light, tea pot and coffee maker. Not a recent renovation-style was from 20 years ago. Basically clean, but a dirty film on the floor-strong smell of bleach on entering that lasted 2 days. Rules at the pool said no flotation devices-there were at least 4 large tubes etc. in the pool from 1 family the 4 days we were there. Sunset beach close by was nice. Water front area was nice as well.

Good location

This was a great spot to stay if you want to explore both ends of the Keys. It was clean and well maintained. The staff is great and very helpful. It sets right next to the water and you get great surprise and sunsets at the park next door. If you’re looking for a quiet, convenient spot to stay this is a good one.

The condo was extremely clean, very up to date, quiet and peaceful. It had everything we needed and more for our short stay. The property’s beach (2 doors from the unit) of course is an added bonus. Pool views were beautiful. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Awesome condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this pristine, comfortable condo. Literally 20 steps in your on the beach. The host was fabulous from our arrival until our departure. Anything we needed she was available and made us extremely comfortable and welcomed. We are already considering next year’s trip. Being right in the middle of the keys allowed us to go in both directions and explore. Highly recommend this condo.

Florida vacation

Lovely vacation stay, beautiful view from property beach. Very well maintained. Our room (#8) was 2 rooms down from the beach, just a short walk. Not a hi-rise building, only 2 stories surrounding a lovely central pool/courtyard with the 4th side of the complex open to their private beach. Much better than a hotel

A piece of heaven

After a busy day up and down the keys, you can rest and relax at this adorable property. It is so peaceful. It was perfect for my mom and me to chill at the pool after our activity filled days. And breakfast by the beach was the perfect place to watch the sun rise. We loved walking over to Sunset Beach to watch the sunset. And we enjoyed meals at Sparkys and Havana Jacks. Kim was the perfect host. Attentive to us and gave us lots of ideas for fun. Enjoyed having beach chairs there to take to Bahia for the day as well. Loved the quietness of the area rather than a busy place on A1A. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved it

The area is so nice. I loved staying at Key Colony Beach. Your in the middle of the keys and everything you need is just a mile or 2 outside the neighborhood. They have walking lanes so you can enjoy morning walks looking at the beautiful houses on the key. The property was just as described. Beach area was nice for sun rises and moon chats. Sunset beach walking distance is a great place to catch sunset. Pool area clean. We took a sip in pool. Best meal we had was at the key colony beach inn. Italian themed and portions were huge. We did the snorkeling at the reef and a tour of pigeon key that was very cool. Sombrero beach was not as nice as expected (for being top 22 in the US) but was fun for an afternoon.Aquarium was just ok for us. We did pay extra to feed the sharks and (not in the tank) I’m not sure if it was worth the money but a cool experience for us. Kim was awesome with recommendations and questions on what to expect given the holiday. I can’t wait to return! There were plenty of things we didn’t get to do that we out on the list for next time!

Amazing

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The condo exceeded our expectations. It is well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. We flew down, so we did not have a lot of extras. No worries... this condo has it all (beach towels, umbrella, 2 beach chairs) for when you want to explore other area beaches. The beach area and pool at the condo is so nice. Kim, the owner, gave us lots of local restaurant recommendations and they did not disappoint. We will definitely return!

Absolutely stunning location and beautiful property. Just as advertised. Great communication. Perfect location. Ideal setting. Beautiful, well-manicured lawn and wonderful relaxing private beach area. Such a refreshing, relaxing stay. Very nicely decorated, well maintained and sparkling clean.
