Bring the whole gang for a laid-back beach getaway at this thoughtfully renovated home! Honey Too is a spacious, single-family home in a great spot one house away from the beach in midtown Ocean City (86th Street). Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home, including HDTVs, new furnishings, a DVD player, free WiFi, central air conditioning, a full-size washer/dryer, a gas grill, two outdoor decks with a partial ocean view (see pics!), an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach, and a large renovated kitchen and dining area with plenty of seating. Additionally, Honey Too's renovated decks offer the perfect space to relax with a drink or a good book or catch up with friends and family over a meal.

New upgrades in 2022 include a new high-end kitchen and appliances, new flooring throughout, a new powder room, and many new furnishings. No expense was spared in the kitchen renovation! The kitchen features custom Bridgewood cabinetry, high-end exotic granite countertops, a marble backsplash, and new stainless steel appliances. Brand new upper and lower decks with brand-new patio furnishings were put in 2021, while 2023 updates include a completely renovated upstairs bathroom and a mosaic-accented wall in the second upstairs bathroom.

Walk down to the ocean beach for a day of sun and surf, or grab a bite to eat at one of the many popular restaurants in this part of town. The best part is many are within walking distance, as are numerous shops such as South Moon Under, Coconut Kids, and K-Coast Surf Shop. You'll also be a short drive from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, amusements, and world-class golf courses.

The gas grill is not to be used on the decks.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Ocean City 2023 beach vacation success

Amazing property! Excellent location, mere steps to the beach-not crowded at all, close to restaurants and stores-all within walking distance or a short drive. The house itself was very accommodating for 14 people(6 adults and 8 teenagers). Wonderful memories were had and I would recommend this property to anyone traveling with a large group!

Vacation time

Property location is very good. But the house was not cleaned properly, when we checked in ,there was sand on the floor and on the couches. We called the Vacasa office but dint get any help. The vacuum cleaner doesnā€™t work. The Wi-Fi was out for almost a day. Other than these issues we had good time.

Great location right on the OC Bay

We originally booked an Ocean front property, however, the management company informed us that they found bed bugs at the property. We ended up renting this property and although it was not right off the beach, the property was right on water. The property has plenty of beds/rooms to handle our 15 person family and it definitely felt like home. We enjoyed crabbing and fishing right in the backyard and although we did not take the kayaks out, they were also available as well. The sunset view was amazing on the upper deck! There was a gas grill to use in the backyard and you will need to supply your own gas(There were a couple of tanks available), but we assumed it belonged to the owner and purchased our own. The home had separate living areas on the main floor and lower level which was a bonus so the siblings can enjoy their own activities/games/etc. Eat in kitchen with cooking pots/pans/utensils if you choose to prepare your own meals. We were definitely glad that this place was available for the July 4th week as most other places were booked. Thank you again for sharing your home with us. Sincerely, The Ngos

I stayed here over labor day weekend with a few friends. I found the house to be very bare on arrival. There was no hand soap, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags or a single cleaning product. 90% of the cabinets were empty with limited amounts of plates, utensils and cups. The house wasn't clean and many of the blankets provided were dirty with stains. We paid the additional linen fee which did not include hand towels for the bathrooms or bath mats and exactly the amount of bath towels as there were people staying so there wasn't any to spare for the bathroom floor. Since we were staying for 3 nights, it didn't seem like it should be our responsibility to supply these items. We received one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and one packet of dishwasher detergent on arrival from the rental company, which obviously isn't enough for 14 people for 3 nights. Overall, even though the house was cute and in a good spot, I wasn't satisfied with my stay at honey too.

First time staying midtown, walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Just Steps to the beach, great to go back and forth for lunches w the kids. The deck was very spacious, had room to store chairs for the week, and to play some cornhole!

Perfect Beach House

Honey Too was amazing! The location is so close to the beach which is great for families with small children. The house was spotless when we arrived. The two decks are perfect for relaxing and made the house feel twice as big. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Loved the outdoor shower and faucet access. We had one minor maintenance issue and they addressed it very quickly and it was fixed the next day. Thanks for a wonderful vacation house!

We loved how close the house was to the beach and the ocean view. The house was decent and had enough space for a large family. We were not impressed with the cleaning of the property prior to arrival. Other than that we had a great time.

Iā€™ve been staying at the Honey Too for a number of years. Carpet upstairs was replaced with Pergo flooring and new living room couches and chairs. It is a nice house that suits our needs

Situated just behind oceanfront townhouses, it is an easy walk to the beach, has all the necessary amenities and ample parking. The owner made several exciting updates over the last two years ā€” new decks, new upper deck furniture, new living room and loft furniture. Thanks again for a lovely vacation! Had a great stay at this house with some friends! Location was great and there was everything we needed from the balcony to the grill located on property. There was also plenty of parking for all of us and then beach was right next to us! Had a blast and would recommend this location for anyone.

Location is great. Home is a bit outdated. Needs some minor repairs.

The location is perfect, very close to the beach. We liked having our own place and not a condo or townhouse. Owner should make some minor repairs to improve stay: Toilet downstairs runs and doesn't flush well, toilet in master bath is wobbly and the shade is broke, the queen bed in the loft was broke and a wooden peg trying to hold it up - didn't work and the person had to sleep on the floor. Grill handle broken and no grill brush provided, Kitchen could use some tupperware for storing leftovers. Balcony furniture on lower level is really crappy, torn and really old. Upstairs balcony furniture is decent. Large picnic table is great.

Unbelievable access to ocean

Amazing property, very spacious and lovely for family get togethers or a getaway with friends. Not many properties where everyone can fit under a single roof. Property was clean, well maintained and the kids loved it. Will definitely be back.
