Step across the street and enjoy Kamaole Beach Park II, one of Maui’s best swimming and stunning beaches. Revel in the spectacular sunsets or stroll along miles of white sandy beach at “first light.” Kihei Akahi is ideally situated and offers excellent value. This one-bedroom vacation condo features a private lanai, a cable TV, a telephone, free high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a complimentary, in-suite safe. A tennis court and barbecues can also be found on the property’s beautifully manicured grounds, in addition to ample free parking. Enjoy a cool swim in one of the two pools. Great shopping and a variety of restaurants are also just minutes away from your doorstep.

* The Kihei Akahi property mandates that all guests occupying condos must empty the AC condensation drip pan on a daily basis to prevent overflows. Please contact Vacasa for additional information.

A mandatory $25.00 check-in/resort fee will be assessed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great option for a quaint stay.

We usually have a lot of activities planned when we visit Maui but this trip was more about efficiency and wedding planning so this was a perfect location for us to just unplug and so very close to the beach. Just a 3 minute walk from the unit straight down to Kamaole II Beach which is located just across the street.

Nice view and great location. Condo was clean with all the necessities. Bed was very comfortable. Appreciated the beach gear. Complex is well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Can't say enough good things. Second time in kihei Akahi condos, first time in c504. Suite is fully stocked; kitchen, linens, beach supplies. The area itself has everything you need. We'll be back again next year

Great condo with all the things we needed. They could use an upgrade to the kitchen knives. They were so full, nearly dangerously dull 🤣

Great Location, clean, just what we needed!

This was a great place for all the basic necessities for our 4 day stay in Maui. Awesome location to get to the beach, very clean, front office was super helpful for check in and easy check out. The only thing I'd warn is if you absolutely need a good AC this is probably not the place - the bedroom has a ceiling fan and a floor fan which I appreciated but the condo was pretty warm at all times of day, even with the AC in the living room running. Otherwise, great bang for your buck!

Great views, convenient location

Condo was equipped as advertised, very clean throughout (only exception is the carpet, but if you wear slippers it's not a big deal). AC works well when needed and having a couple of stand fans was perfect to keep the air circulating. The beach gear was great, chairs with zipper pockets that actually zipped! Ample snorkel gear and boogie boards to keep everyone occupied. Condo is located away from the elevator which makes a big difference in the evenings. You are also provided lots of supplies like soap and paper products which made it comfortable from the start. The only thing missing were filters that fit the coffee pot but we bought a pack and left them for the folks to come. This is one of the best units in the Kihei Akahi in my opinion.

Excellent in Every Way

Beautiful condo located in the heart of everything in South Kihei. We walked to everything and had immediate access to a lovely beach. Great space with plenty of amenities and comfort. We can't wait to come back soon!

Nice location

The views were very nice from this unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Our only complaint was the temperature in the master bedroom but we knew that before booking. There’s just one air conditioner unit out in the living room and the bedroom really is warm at night even with the AC in the living room on. We would still come back to this unit and we would recommend the location it’s across from the Best Beach in Kihei!

Great Condo

The 5th floor view to the ocean as well as mountain was amazing. The location is walking distance to restaurants as well as the beach. They forgot to clean the drawers so I did it before using it. Some of the items in pantree were expired like hot chocolade, tea, etc. All together it worth it to stay in the condo. The complex has two pools which were very clean. I do recommend the condo.

Clean, great beach, annoying to empty air con tray (if using a/c)

We stayed at this condo for 2 nights. It was very clean. We had one of our best days of our 5 week trip to Hawaii across the street at the beach boogie boarding. If you are more than 2, I don’t recommend as the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Another strange thing we found about this place was if you used the air con unit, you were required to empty pan daily or a fee would be charged if water dripped on condos below. We had to empty more than 2x daily to avoid this.
